    Siobhan's 20 day BOOT CAMP! :whacky068:

    This is my first MiniMins diary entry. I've been on and off TFR for 9 weeks now and I'm into what I think of as the "Huge difference" phase of my road to eternal thinness!
    So life is really busy right now I have big deadlines at work, 2 exams coming up and in 20 days time I'm going to Holland to visit the guy of my dreams. So I'm taking the bull by the horns and going to give it a really massive effort for the next 20 days. I don't have an actual number of lbs I'm going to loose in the next 20 days because exercise can make you heavier with muscle gain being 4 times heavier than fat.
    So lets start with Monday's schedule:

    Monday
    6.30 Gym - 15 minute bike, 15 minute cross trainer, 30 minute run
    1/2 circuit of weights
    8.00 Work - 8-10 Sprint through project 1!
    10.00 Shake 1
    10.15 2hrs Project 2
    12.30 Lunch Break - 30 minute walk Shake 2
    1.15 1 hr 45 min Project 3
    3.00 Tea Break
    3.15 Write up report on all 3 Projects.
    4.00 Write up on White Paper.
    4.30 Head home
    5.00 Gym - 15 minute warm up run, 2nd half of weights, 2km swim (100 lengths)
    6.30 Home, cup of tea 2 hours exam study
    8.30 Shake 3
    9.00 2 hours study
    11.00 SLEEEEPP

    2 Sizes, Busy is the word!

    I like accountability of writing it up here I know I'll definitely do it all then! Best of luck with your weigh in and with work, it just takes a small bit of organisation to make sure you have everything you need with you. I still go for lunch with my friends although some days that has been a mistake - more temptation than relaxation. Trying a new tactic today and having a short lunch break just to go for a walk and get some air so I can leave early

    Hi Siobhi



    I haven't told my workmates im on the lipotrim. We all have lunch at different times so I have my water in my shaker in the fridge and bring it to the car at lunchtime and add my shake. Its the mixmaster by buchsteiner. Noone has noticed so far. Hope they notice though I have weight of after coming back from hols. I'll say I was working out loads.

    People are funny about no food diets, I was out sick for a week before I started LT so they assumed it was medical and I said nothing so its fine. I ordered a little blender like that hasn't arrived yet though, it'll be really handy. Yeah I bet they'll all be jealous

    Thanks Cathy, I've found new life in my weight loss I have to admit. I think it had started previously to that however and the weightless is a result of my improved outlook. hahaha amateur psychology!!
    I've been very lucky the last while a lot of really good things have come together for me that I had been lost in working so hard to get to. I completely lost track of my eating and exercising habits and even my general happiness. I find that when I'm truly happy and only trying to be in control of myself then life is no effort, its all purely for the fun of it.
    I am making a point to stop apologizing for myself and to feel deserving of my place in the world, appreciating as much as I can of my life, a little more everyday. I love that I feel good most of the time, I love that I can stand in a photo and not feel like the fat one. I love that when I go out with my gfs and someone looks at me I don't think they're wondering what the small elephant is doing in the pub. I love that I can run a 5 minute mile. I love that my 12 jeans are getting looser. I love that food isn't controlling me or on my mind all that much. I love that I have a great new man in my life and kind caring friends, the list is growing. I love that I wake up and breathe every morning and until that stops I will be as happy and as well as I can possibly be at every moment.
    I know that was crazy and a little long but this is my diary so ya don't have to read it if its boring hahaha. I have 24 lbs to go or something like that but I don't worry about it now, it'll fall off like all the others cause my body can do so many more amazing things than it could 9 weeks ago!

    Tuesday

    So today's Tuesday. Feeling great managed to be good at lunch time was super hungry following the gym this morning. I just realised that one of my gym sessions uses 1 and a half times the calories I'm taking in and I'm going twice a day mostly. Oops. Oh well doesn't seem to be a problem. Have one really sticky piece of fat that won't budge so far on my tummy, anyone any suggestions?!?

    I feel good because I have managed to do 8000 steps as I have been in work all day.
