I started TFR last tuesday, man have i been hungry since :eek:
I caved on friday, i had a chicken tikka kebab:eek::eek::eek::(:(:( but tbh i felt so drained and running around after 3 kids all day really did me in (was also due on but didnt realise that)i felt good after the food, saturday came and went... stayed 100%
sunday came, massive row with my fella resulting in him leaving and i still stayed 100% then later totm decided to pay me a visit:mad:
monday fell into today and still i was 100%, not really craving anything now, seemed the kebab sorted out my need for anything, plus when i have totm usually i munch biscuits but i havent hankered for them either.
my fellas back now too, we have a lot to sort out but i think we'll make it, we just need to work at it and put more effort into eachother than everything else thats going on around us.
so yeah today was week1 weigh in day and id lost 8lbs, could have been more without le norty kebab and totm but im happy as a loss is a loss, plus today i actually got some chicken soup:D:D usually our chemist is sold out of them:mad: so it was nice to have something savory and warm

anyhoo i figure now should i get the munchies or just feel crumby and wanna winge then i can just post in this and get it out of my system :D

I bet it feels good to have lost 8 Ibs on your first weigh in. When we lose weight that kind of encourages us to keep going. Once you have been through your first week which you seem to have survived, it becomes much easier to manage LT. Keep drinking plenty of water, when you are desperate visit this forum and seek support.:)
It is difficult to keep your cool when you have so much on your hands but you are doing so well, keep it up:D
