    My rants and rambles through LT

    Hi All

    Have decided to start a diary for myself and anyone who can be arsed to read it


    I am on day 7 of LT at the moment and am aiming to lose (hopefully) near to 4 stone by christmas morning.

    I am getting married in April next year and need to shift this weight I have carried for nearly 10 years now.

    I started at 15stone 12 and would love to be in the 11stone area for my wedding.

    So day 7 is coming to an end and I am signed up to start bootcamp at 9am tomorrow morning. I AM TERRIFIED!!!

    But no pain no gain - or should I say loss

    Ok so woke up this morning and it was raining and normally Id make up some excuse but instead got up and got dressed and headed off to bootcamp.

    It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be and wasnt full of GI Jane types thank God. Did one hour of all sorts including a torturous thing called burpees. My Good Lord they are killers. Have a look on youtube for them they have soldiers doing them and I could manage 5 before I collapsed lol

    Legs are aching a good bit tonight and I think I will be in some pain tomorrow but am happy I went. Returning for more torture on tuesday.

    Went for my weigh in today as well and am now 15'4 so am 8lbs down. Happy with that as I was aiming for 7lbs.

    I want to get into the 14stones now so need to aim for the next 5lbs and am hoping I can do it this week but if not I will be close to it.

    Still have my size 16jeans I bought in New York on my wardrobe and am getting closer to closing that damn button

    There seems to be a good few brides to be on lt at the moment and it is nice to have the support.

    So today I am soooooooooooooo sore. My legs ache, my arms ache, inbetween my shoulders ache and even my boobs lol.

    I enjoyed it though and am looking forward to tuesdays work out but have been told it will be tougher. So dont know if I would physically be able to go thursday but if I cant there is a bonus class on saturday that I will make sure I go to. Im sure as I go more I will get fitter and be able to do more.

    Am waiting to hear back from Zumba as well and ave bought myself EA Active for the wii and am planning on adding that in on the days I dont have bootcamp in the coming weeks.

    I have the weekend away on the 10th of December with a load of friends I havent seen in months so am looking forward to it. Just wondering how much I could lose by then. Would 2 and a half stone be possible??
    So hope so because I would be under 13 stone and last time I did this I got down to 13 and a half stone and was starting to get into size 14s. Would love to be a size 14 by christmas and am hoping that with the exercise I will be losing lots of inches.
    In fact as long as I am a toned 14 I will be happy to come off LT and lose the last stone/stone and a half by weight watchers.
