Hello all,

first day of Lipotrim and feeling ok. The mornign drink was vanilla and tasted fine and felt full all morning.

Second drink was starwberry which was nice too.

Although I am not a fan of the soup, couldnt finish it, but had enough to feel full.

Does anyone know if your allowed black pepper or camomile tea??:confused:

I am still feeling motiovated and am very much looking forward to my morning drink!

Welcome to the world of LT!! No pepper with the soup I'm affraid. I found I got use to the soup and it does make you feel as though you are sat down to a meal. Not sure about camomile tea. You're only allowed leaf tea so is it made from the flowers or the leaves? Good luck and keep posting..
 
Day 2

I had another dream that I messed up and ate (forgot) I was on the diet! but a reflief when I woke up and realised I was still doing ok. I am thinking today will be easier, I have woken up later and will have my morning drink a bit later and lunch etc, then have an evening drink just before I venture to the cinema.

I am trying to find 'treats' that are not food or alcohol related, as i often rewarded myself with a glass of wine or two at the end of a hard day etc. So now I'm thinking; hot bubble bath, cinema, reading time, time to play on a game etc. Things that often I dont have time for in my normal routine.

I was also curious how to get the sections on the bottom of the ports about targets and the ticker factory etc?

Well done Bennet! and welcome x i think theres a ticker instruction thingymebob sumwhere on here but im sure sumone will be along with more info than me lol....good luck with your journey and keep posting we are all here for you should you need anything x
 
Hey there! welcome and well done for starting your journey!....

for the tickers if you click on the tutorials button at the top of the page then it will talk you through it....

i think camomile tea is a no go but mint, nettle, green are all ok. The pepper LT say is a no go however i know lots of people inc myself who have it in the soup and it has done no damage at all.... although i also know of others who have used it and have had a bad experience, so i think it really is down to the individual.

my advice to you would be to make sure you drink lots of water and keep yourself busy, but you sound like you are doing great so far so keep it up and should you need it the support on here is unbelievable. x

The part where poster put tickers or lists of goals/weight loss records is called your signature. You edit it by going to USERCP and looking for the edit signature option on the left hand side. Not sure if you have to have a certain number of posts before you can access this. I know you have to have either 20 or 50 to add an avatar!

The you fond the tutorial about adding a ticker to give you instructions on how to add it to your signature.

Good luck on LT. The first few days are hard, but its well worth it.

Being overweight is really hard too, so its a case of deciding which hard you can bear most!

This evening I tried a flapjack but I think I might be sticking to the drinks. I may try the soup later on in the week. Went to the shop and brought some teas (green, mint and earl grey) to make things interesting. I also brought a pink glass to make water more exciting to drink ha!

I am really focusing on and looking forward to Friday weigh in!

Day 3

:(

Day 3 started well. I was feeling really motivated by how easy yesterday was. Yesterday I did the ultimate and sat and had black coffee whilst two others had lunch! was so pleased with myself.

I seem to have hit a wall this afternoon, got a lot of work that I need to do and I'm not feeling great. Bit shaky and tired. Having a glass of water to help.

On the plus side I really enjoyed my moring coffee with a bit of the vanilla drink in it, it made the coffee taste like white coffe which had cream in, felt like a treat.:D

Peanut bar was a bit better than coconut, think I could manage these.

I am also noticing that at certain points in the day when I normally eat, I still feel the urge to eat but I have realised I'm not actually hungry. I am now starting to recognise the difference which will be so useful in the long run. I will be able to work around my issues that were making me eat and drink (wine in evenings).

I am having a work break and maybe a nap now, hope this will help.

(sorry about the moaning)

Sound s like you are on the right track - well done. I prefer the peanut flapjacks over the coconut ones. They had a strange metalic taste. Love the idea of the coloured glass - what a great idea. Keep up the good work.
 
You're doing great,once the first week is out of the way,hopefully you'll feel alot better and find it alot easier.Good luck for today(day 4 already) xx
 
Well done Bennet. amazing focus... keep it up hun... and the tiredness and flagging will pass very soon I promise :) then you`ll have soooo much energy you`ll be whizzing around the office super charged lol xx
 
Day 4 - Lifesaving

Day 4:

Today i felt much better! I feel great in myself. I was also worried about a lifesaving swimming qualification test that I had this afternoon and luckily passed! :eek:now I feel fantastic.

barely had time for my drinks but managed to fit them in by using my drinks bottle and carrying the sachets in handbag. My car :7600:has a cup holder that is very useful!!!

I am feeling a lot less bloated and energy levels are on the rise.
Strawberry for brekkie and vanilla for lunch.

Going to try the soup again tonight and use hand blender to ensure no LUMPS!!!

well done bennet , on day2 myself, its my second go on LT .hope to stick it 2 june this time had to stop short last time due to no overtime to pay 4 it x
 
Weighed in today!

been a hard two days, was short two liportim pouches and didn't have time to get prescription etc. But went to weigh in today. All good.
feel relieved to have a whole packet 3 times a day again as that really helps with cravings.
The staff were bought a fine selection of cakes, but I resisted, even the lemon cake, which is my favourite. but I did have a smell. hehe!

I sat at a meal out in the evening with a large group of family and manged with coffee and water. phew! that was hard and since i have been craving steak, chips and everything else! especially wine after such a stressful week at work.

but..... I have lost 8 and half pounds!!! so I am pleased. And have all the packets ready for week 2. here we go second week!!!

Day 8 -

Had a nice lie in today so had a vanilla with a shot of coffee at lunchtime which was nice. been doing lots of work while watching films, so that's good, Keeping busy is the key. My mum has now started on Lipotrim too so its good to text and keep each other going. I have told her to join and lots of tips I have learnt on here.

think tonight I will treat myself to a hot chocolate lipotrim drink, really enjoyed that.
