Don't know anything about HL det John but I did have a spell where I got light headed on LT. It did pass but I couldn't put my finger on why it happened. It only lasted for a week or so on and off (usually if I got up quickly from lying / kneeling down) and the only other time I had it was the first few days of my refeed. I put that one down to the change of food and my body just adjusting to it.
The TFR does get boring I agree. Good luck with the rest of this stint and whatever you decide to do next.

That's the key Jon. You have to be as dedicated to better choices after as you are on TFR. Perhaps planning your menu for a week and sticking to it will avoid random indulgence? Easy to say as I have not started refeed yet But I do intend to plan ahead
