Sorry to hear of your loss. Difficult enough time without the temptation of drinks and food hanging over you.

Still onward and upwards, or downwards in our case. I have lost over 21 lbs and on Day 24. This is by far the easiest most successful diet I have ever tried. I guess I am lucky in working away offshore as it is relatively easy to avoid food and stuff while I am here. Will be more difficult when I get home I am sure.

    Thumbs up

I agree Jon "the most sucsessful diet " i have ever done , by the time your back home you will be well into the routine and be no bother to you , im on day 18 and down 17lb so far it would normally take me 2 months to do on other diets...

im actually annoyed at the thought of loosing anything under 4-5 lb a week , i know im a greedy fu**ker but what can you do .

    Smile Just ok

Just back from WI 3 , down 4 lb and I have to say i felt a bit disapointed , then i started to think how on WW and other diets i was delighted with just 2lb a week , have done F!%k all exercise in 3 weeks so now is the time to start , and maybe ill get above5lb next week , anyway at this rate of 4 lb should still give me a stone a month which ill be happy with
