    My daily LT rant!!

    I just thought I would scribble down a few thoughts to help me in my journey. Started back on LT yesterday after putting on some (not all) of the weight I worked so hard to lose before. Daughter's wedding coming up this year so really want to look my best at that.
    I know it will be worth the sacrifice of sticking with plan, I did it before...
    Hate all the running to the loo but sure it will be worth it!!!
