WK 1- weigh in 29th March 2012- 7lbs (Lipotrim)
WK 2- weigh in 5th April 2012- 2lbs (Liporim)
(starting slim and save had a wkend break 7-8 April)
WK 1- weigh in 12th April 2012- 3lbs
WK 2- weigh in 19th April 2012- 3lbs
(Short break advised by my doctor, been really ill still eating healthy meals)
WK 1- weigh in 7th May 2012- 3lbs
Off plan 7th-24th May

Starting again at Day 1 and my aim is to do 100 days consecutively 100%.
I know i can do it i need to prove to myself i have the will power to do it.
Final restart (Incentive is money back) 12 week plan
