Cupcakequeen's weight loss diary...

I am one week into LT with a little bit of cheating...bbq on sunday night. But have still managed to lose 10 pounds. Lost a stone prior to Lipotrim on weight watchers but couldn't manage to shift much more as have been on and off crutches since the beginning of the year. I am still unable to exercise now as just beginning to reach the possibility of walking but does anyone know if exercise makes a big difference to the LT weight loss? I would love to lose 3-4 stone as quickly as possible and have been told this should take 4 months. I have never lasted longer than 3 weeks on LT but 3 members of my family have been successful on it so I'm hoping I can stick to it for the next few months. :cool:
 
Good for you! You should get three stone off in four months easy. If you make sure there's no mor cheating, you could get it off in three.

I have a jubilee party and then an ending in the pub...argh! But, I want to look my best asap so what is a wine or a bit of cake? Its not like I have never had them before and won't again! Its a few months out of your whole life, you can do it ccq!
 
Thank you! I hit the stone loss mark this morning so I'm sure that will power me through. And your completely right I've had it all before. I'm a baker so cake got me into this mess! Enjoy your Jubilee! :)
 
Managed to resist everything yummy today but feeling incredibly light headed and dizzy tonight which has happened a lot since I started again. Does anyone have any advice on how to avoid this? I am drinking 4 liters a day and doing very little exercise as I'm on crutches. Was going to attempt a swim tomorrow but I think its best avoided and maybe a blood pressure check instead? Any advice would be much appreciated! Really don't want to have to go off LT. x
 
End of week 2 and have lost 5 pounds so over a stone in total!

Next mini goal is 13.3 to get my bmi down and then 13 stone and my whole flat gets to have their nails done! nothing like a bit of pressure to make me stick to it. Its so nice having their support although one flatmate did call lipotrim astronaut food but she will see it works when I fit back into my size 12 shorts at the end of the summer. x

Week 2- 5lb
One stone gone! :)

 
Have lost another pound so exciting! have a wedding tomorrow but I'm going to stick to it as finally feeling good and properly in ketosis. I am making the cakes for it though! I don't know how all these ladies aren't tempted when they cook for their kids! must be so hard not to have a nibble. I considered making chocolate butter icing as I dont like it and wont be tempted to lick the spoon but its not very weddingy! x
 
You are doing so well and your so brave for making cakes. The sight or smell of food in my house has me running. I lock myself up in my room like a hermit but I'll only continue to do this until it gets easier.
 
Thanks ladies! I actually loved it! accidently put the spoon in my mouth once but soon realised! I work in a bakery so it was a bit like being at work but I guess I usually eat lots there too! Back to work on Wednesday so I'm glad I wasn't tempted today and it was lovely getting all the compliments both about my weight and about the cakes! very strange not drinking though...everyone was very surprised as Im known for having a glass of wine in my hand! x
 
Week 3 weigh in...lost 3 pounds! Really please. And even more pleased as I had my first day back at work in two months and just out of curiosity tried on the trousers i bought for my interview for the job in October. They haven't fit me since I started the job (funnily enough as a baker...i wonder how I put on so much weight :p ) and today they fit...actually were a little big! It was awesome. So many compliments at work but hard to tell everyone what I was doing as didn't want to be judged as they have talked about other TFR before quite negatively. so just said I was on a detox. which i kind of am!

Weighed in this morning at 13.3 so have hit one of my targets of moving down a bmi range! only 2 stone 3 pounds to the next one! :)
 
Well done cupcake. Fantastic loss. U must be delighted. I love seeing people with similar stats, im a little heavier. We can do it, race ya ;)
 
Week 4 weigh in - 13.2. So 4 pounds loss for this week. Ive never stuck to lipotrim for more than 3 weeks so im glad ive made it this far. Upped my exercise to swimming most days and had a personal training session this morning but I dont think it makes much difference to the weight loss but def helping to tone up. Cannot wait to get into the 12s! will feel a lot better about myself when I get there. Thank you ava! youve done amazing too! keep up the good work and youl be down here in no time! :) xxx
 
This week has been so hard! I have lost 1/2 a pound and the only think ive done differently is upped my exercise....swimming 4 times and gym twice. I've been 100%! really dont understand why I'm just hovering between 13.2 and 13.1 1/2!!! its like lipotrim has stopped working but ive not been cheating! now i wish I had! I have so much on this weekend with graduations and parties...maybe i need to have a break to get it going again. x
