    I am feeling a lot less lighter already.
    which is great!
    I was 16st6lb 2 weeks ago, weighed my self tonight and im 15st3lb. Amazing. I know my weight will go up and down so it could all be different tomorrow haha.

    Im finding that weighing myself everyday really helps as it keep my spirit strong.
