Day 5 here. No longer feel like I want to die. Ketosis has sunk in and I feel ok. Hiding from the world today, too cold to do anything. Suppose I ought to set targets...
1. Get through week one.
2. Get into a routine- work, rest, play, housework and excersize!
3. Learn to cook good food (handy for post lipotrim life and means my daughter can have good food)
4. Stay 100% for a month.
5. Drop a dress size
