    Lita's Lipotrim Diary- newbie

    So, I started my Lipotrim diet 3 days ago as I need to lose a lot of weight, about 6 stone in total.


    I've been reading people's reviews and blogs about this diet for about 3 months now and I'm ready to give it a go.


    I've been trying for weeks to mentally prepare myself for this, Saturday I finally started. I was soooooooo hungry, everything on tv was about food, everyone was eating food, mum cooked BBQ chicken wings.......... It was all too much. But.... My goal is so important to me that I got through it. I've chosen to only have strawberry shakes as I don't like chocolate or vanilla and I absolutely detest soup. So saturday I had shake for breakfast lunch and dinner. I went to bed early with a headache expecting to wake up the next morning like a starving Marvin.
    I didn't, I actually woke up fine, I had my morning and lunch shakes got to 8.30pm and was not feeling hungry. Day 2 totally better than day 1 and I also cooked for my husband.


    Now is day 3 and 1st day into work whilst doing the diet. Surprisingly I've done really well, kinda thinking about food a lot but not feeling hungry, I have the furry tongue that I heard lots about and I'm brushing my teeth like four or five times a day (partly because of my OCD) but mainly coz I don't like the smell of my breath.


    I am looking forward to completing day 3 as I heard it gets easier after that and I'm looking forward to completing week one so I can have flapjacks


    I sneakily weighed myself yesterday and I had lost 2.5lbs in one day, super happy.

    Last night, I felt awful, all of a sudden the hunger feeling hit me and the headaches were the worse. I am not one for taking any form of medication, so last night i just went to my bed, 8.30pm and this 30 year old was asleep.

    What I did realise yesterday was how understanding and supportive my husband is being. The hugs and cuddles were in abundance yesterday, and while i'm feeling rough they are really needed.

    Today I am trying things a little different, Before LipoTrim I didnt really have breakfast and because I am suffering more in the evening I've decided to have my first shake around lunchtime then the next late afternoon and the last in the evening. I hope this helps reduce the hunger feelings.

    Anyway sneekily weighed myself again today and since starting Saturday morning (today is Tuesday) I have already lost 6lbs. Weighing myself each day is giving me the motivation I need to carry on.

    Today is day 4 so I hope from now on it gets easier and easier!!!!

    Yesterday was day 4 and it was one of the easiest and most difficult days I’ve experienced so far on LipoTrim.

    I went throughout the whole day without experiencing hunger, I had a little headache late afternoon but a glass of water soon made that disappear, I was so excited, now I believe that I can get through a few months on this diet!!!
    But then…………… had to cook dinner for the family last night, I made a spaghetti bolognaise with garlic bread!!! Mmmmm…….. I wasn’t hungry but the smell was so awesome. I needed to taste it to make sure it was seasoned properly and not too spicy (So I led myself to believe) so in went one mouthful, Oh gosh just to taste something else other than Strawberry shake was amazing!!! I then served dinner and had my second shake of the day (Trying to remove all temptation to have another mouthful) A little while after dinner everyone wanted dessert, so in went the jam roly poly and custard (one of my all-time favourites) I licked the lid of the custard and had a pinch (I kid you not I pinched the jam roly poly and sucked on it to enjoy).

    So yesterday evening I had a mouthful of spaghetti bolognaise, licked a lid of custard and a pinch of jam roly poly
    L all when I wasn’t feeling hungry!!! This would be so much easier to do if I didn’t have to cook.
    I didn’t have my last shake yesterday!! I know it’s bad and I missed out on all the nutrients, but I figured where I gave in with the food would be enough calories!!!
    Today I will be better!! I WILL BE BETTER!!! Still not hungry and decided to cook food I don’t like as much as possible from now on!!!
    Only one more dessert in the freezer so once that’s gone I’m not buying anymore!!!
    Day 5 today and I’m feeling awesome!! It’s nearly 12pm and I’m about to have my first shake, just because I know I've got to have 3 a day, not because I'm hungry!!!
    I can’t wait to finish this 1st week so that I can have the flapjacks!!!!

    Sneakily weighed myself again this morning 4kg gone since Saturday!!! J
    Just hope my scales are saying the same as the Pharmacists!!
    2 more days till Weigh day Friday!! Can’t wait

    Hi all so today is day 6!! Whoop whoop I made it this far!! Tomorrow is weigh day and I am so eager to see what the pharmacists’ scales say!!
    I haven’t felt hungry for the past two days which is awesome, but it’s also making me not want the shakes!! At the moment I comfortably have 2 a day and am struggling to take the third!! (its so weird, went from eating all that food to not even being able to have 3 shakes!!)
    I’m hoping that after my trip to the Pharmacists tomorrow I will be able to replace the third shake with a flapjack and it will be kind of easier to have my 3 a dayJ!!!
    Today my red letter day came, 1st time in 4 months, kind of happy kind of not. Hoping it don’t affect my mood on this diet, usually I use it as an excuse to eat more of everything bad.
    So I am still struggling to drink the required amount of water, trying to increase my intake of hot drinks.
    Also I'm starting to get a sore throat, in the past I would have already been sucking on a pack of lozenges a day, but now I’m just hoping it goes away L
    So not much to say today! Just looking forward to weigh in day tomorrow, will keep you all posted!

    Hey, just to say that I lost 12lbs this week which is totally awesome!!!

    Tasted the soup - absolutely disgusting!!!
    peanut flapjack - absolutely disgusting (but did make me drink more)

    still struggling to have 3 a day!!!

    Keep going, you're doing great. Make sure you get your three shakes in, maybe adjust your timings again to make sure. I'm going to try a soup tonight I think, I've got some spares just in case... Bleughhhh

    So the last few days I've been really struggling!!! I'm not hungry but I miss food. I miss the social aspect to eating, chilling with friends going out to eat. I just miss food, the tastes the variety!!! Only 2 weeks in

    so it's been a rough couple of weeks, firstly I was off for half term and decided to keep picking at food. Last week I was a bit better but still picked a couple of times.

    This week I have lost 2kg so I'm still happy but I know I can do better!!!!

    Everytime I get close to picking at something I remember it will take me longer to get to goal, so it puts me off doing it. I'd rather get this done and dusted and move on. Hope you have a good week and another good loss.
