Hello all,

Im a 23 year old male and started my Lipotrim Journey on the 3rd of April.

I both my parents had previously done lipotrim with good results and I was thinking about doing it for a long time.
At my heaviest i was 197.8kg (31st 2.1lbs)that was in January 2011. I started a healthy eating plan and light walking slowly building it up to going to the gym for cardio and light resistance. By March 2012 I had got down to 154.3kg (24st 4.2lbs) but this is where the weight loss stopped. I continued to eat well and go to the gym until I went back to college in September 2012 but i still couldnt get down any more weight.
Between September and April I crept up to 169.7, (26st 10.1lbs)
this is mainly due to the fact i told myself I didnt have time for the gym and I wasnt eating especially healthy. Ok i wasnt eating as bad as when before but defiantly not regularly and healthily.
So after a lot of planning and thinking I decided to go on Lipotrim. I was really down about not being able to shift anymore weight "the healthy way" and needed a boost to get me back on track.

Week 1
I started on the 3rd of April at 169.7kg. (26st 10.1lb).I found the first three days really difficult, Very moody, smoking a lot more, craving everything around me. I had only got the strawberry and chocolate shakes and hated the chocolate and only like the strawberry slightly better. Although I never had a problem drinking lots of water I struggled to get in 2 - 2.5 litres a day. On the 3rd day I felt a lot better and the 4th day was fine too. The 5th day was a real struggle again and I would have caved on this day had I not been so prepared mentally for the diet and thinking about it so long. The 6th and 7th days were fine and i started to feel lots of energy again.

Week 2

10th of April (25st 9.1lbs) (6.8kg -- 15 pound loss in week 1)

I weighed in on the 10th of April after my first week and to my delight I had lost 6.8kg (15 pounds)!! I got a 2 flapjacks to try and they were terrible. I felt cheated didnt have my shake. I had come to like both the shakes and got equal amounts of both the second week. Towards the end of the second week I started to like the chocolate better as the strawberry started to taste false to me.


Week 3

17th of April 24st 11.9lbs) (5.1kg -- 11.2 pound loss in week 2)

This week I felt i was really getting into the stride of things. I am definitely never hungry anymore with no craving for food bar when i was sitting around others eating but all i was thinking was "that would be nice" but it wasnt complete torture as I just kept thinking about how much i had lost already. So far so good on this. I was thinking of getting back into a bit of light cardio to speed things up this week. I am aiming for at least 8 pounds when I weigh in on wednesday.

My total loss so far is 1st 12.2lbs or (11.9kg)


I wanted to start a male thread because even though I never did a weight loss thread before when I researched Lipotrim before I started I could not find many male threads especially for young males. Thats also the reason I put male 23 in the heading so other males can find it easier, as sometimes it takes alot of digginf through female threads to find the male ones.

Im on day 18 now and going good, i meant to start this thread the day I started and could have had it more detailed for the first few days but i hope to drop in for an update once a week now. I hope this gives someone starting out the inspiration I got from other threads on here my first few days.
