    Diana's journey

    Hello everybody. Think its time introduce myself
    So, my name is Diana and I am from Lithuania originally. The last 10 years I live in Ireland with the best ever scotish menI am gona be 50 in September and happy with this. We have 4 dogs - german shepquard, spring spaniel and two jack russels. I have daughter, who is 26 years old and lives separatly with her boyfriend. The bigest my hobby is cake baking and decorating. I made cake even when I am on Lipotrim. It wasnt easy, but so much pleasure
    I am lucky women because no food at all (apart dog food) in the house at the moment - my men is on Lipotrim aswell. It makes things easier and we support each other on hard days. His starting weight was big but he lost a lot already.
    My weight in day on Monday so will see how I did this week. No expectations just do 100% what I have to do and wait for results. Not so sure about my goal weight because I never was thin. At the moment I am comfortable size 14 at the bottom and size 14-16 on the top. I am apple shape, but look all right if not let my belly go too big

    Little bit about my journey so far. The worst day was 6th - it was saturday and I felt so bad had spent all the day in the bed and was ready to give up but was too weak and left everything till sunday. Next morning I was up at 6am and felt like new person very energetic, happy and no more minds about giving up Lipotrim. I have good days and bad days now, sometimes feel very weak and tired and always constipated. 2 dulcolax hardly works for me Tried do some exersises but not feeling so strong yet so I gave up till better times.

    I am gona try update my diary every day to make things easier because sometimes I have so much going in my head. Thank you for reading

    Had nice quiet day today, very relaxing. Drank lots of water. Cant drink coffee any more just feel sick for some reason, tea is all right sometimes mint tea. Had very bad few days last week hardly went to work. feeling much better since friday but still hungry. Checked with ketosticks and I am in ketosis so shouldn't be hungry. Having my shakes like medication. How many tbs of dulcolax you usually take? I took 2 no movement next morning again 2 which gave me small result. But really fed up with this bottom line problem. Any suggestions? by the way I use fibre clear as well.
    Feel tired and need another holiday (just came from Tenerife 4 weeks ago), were talking with OH about that but decided not to mess around finish our diet refeed and then book hls. We still need loose lots of weight but hopefully can enjoy some sunshine about the end of October. Ar least something to look forward

    Great to hear about you.
    I also struggled with constipation all the way thru LT and found I needed to take 2 dulcolax as 1 never seemed to do anything for me. Lots struggle with it, talk to your pharmacy and see it they can suggest anything else for you. I had very little energy so didn't do any exercise, but the weight still came off. Keep going, it will be worth it I promise x x x

    Hi, just been weighted and another 4lb gone I am very happy right now. asked pharmacist about constipation and she told me give up Lipotrim, which i answered ''no way!'' Bought senokot try take it every evening 1tb will see what hapens. Anyway I am not gona stop. Its time to do something till the end. still dont know what my weight goal is. Live just one day at the time and enjoy it.

    Hi everybody Took OH to airport and he gone for two weeks, its always sad because have to cope on my own with everything dogs, house, work, etc. The good thing is that after he stays at home for 2 weeks. Came back home and started try old clothes and was so suprised then my size 12 linnen trousers fit perfectly maybe they are bigger fitting on Tesco brand? Actually they still has price tag on remember buying them on sale and never get in. Lots of clothes size 16 are too big for me now especially trousers. Feel not hungry today and quite happy probably because of weather, its warm and sunshine for a change. Still have to go to work at 3pm but I love my job and its not hard for me even if I need stay overtime. visited some shops lots of nice clothes around, but think its not reason buy something new at the moment because size changing fast - which is perfect

    Hi, its me again 5th week is going now since I started lipotrim and eventually I feeling really good. Seems like all the bad feelings gone (hope its forever). Did some walking on tredmill burned 200 kcal, could do more but want take it step by step, so did just half an hour today, gona do maybe 40 mins tomorrow if still feel well. Kay was right the longer you stay the better you feel. Still dont know my target weight, what know for sure that next 4 weeks I am in Its esier for me not to make long term plans do not think much at all just to what supposed to do and see result.

    Well done on your loss this week, 2 st gone now

    Life is ok after refeed. Just being concious of what you're eating is the only way and sticking to healthier choices to avoid putting weight back on. So far I'm coping really well and the time on LT was worth it. Not long now and you'll be half way to your goal.

    Hi guays Senokot is not working had horrible belly pains, been sick, but nothing is coming out. Cant have even shakes just mint tea saves me the las couple days. Weekend ahed so should be all right till monday. Everything was going so good but this weakness killing me now. Had bisacodyl and waiting what happens. Geting stressed about monday weight in because sneaked on to the scales and I am the same weight like last monday. I think scales was bad idea. But anyway I am still here, no cheating and not ready to give up

    Try 2 dulcolax tonight before you go to bed and another 2 tomorrow night before bed if nothing happens tomorrow. I think senokot is much gentler so not sure how effective it will be for you. I got some lactulose from the pharmacy to get me going again after I finished LT but it's a syrup and no good for you at the moment. It may be worth remembering for the future as it sounds like you and I have similar digestive systems There's nothing worse than feeling bunged up

    Hi girls, your hope helped me. Happy today Went for shoping with daughter to north. Feel very tired after 4 hrs walk in shoping centre. Didn't buy anything not sure about size.     Hi guays Feeling still tired after yesterdays shopping, but its sunday, I am home and relaxing. Glendale, Not sure about my feelings for smaller size yet - everything changing so fast cant even see myself thinner. My brain still very fatSometimes feel like I am watching myself from side, like somebody's else weight is droping not mine.I do not measure myself, didnt do any plans just started Lipotrim because to support OH he was 140kg and needed loose weight because of his health. He lost 20 kg so far which I am very proud and happy. He wouldnt start without me together, so I just did. Now he is thinking stay on Lipotrim till October but I am not sure about myself. This bottom problem killing me and if honestly I dont want be size 10. Size 12 would be perfect, even size 14 which I am now is not bad because I am quite tall and apple shaped so nice clothes hiding everything what needs to. Anyway think 12 stones will be enought for me. Not sure really
