Talking Lindops Fat Fighters Forum Of Fun - including free diary

Hello everyone, well I am already on the Lipotrim forums but I havent started an official Diary as such as of yet and I am now on date.... hang on a mo.... errrr day 10 thats it !!!

Ok so day 10 of Lipo and so far so good, I had my first weigh in on Saturday last (day5) and I had lost 9lbs - though before starting Lipo I had been a good boy and lost a bit already.
I was on the way to 26 stone not long back and started Lipo at 24 Stone 13lbs or 349lbs for our American cousins - 158.7 kilos for our European brothers and sisters.

9lbs off leaves me at 24 stones and 4 lbs now and I am proper chuffed, not seeing much movement the last couple of days on the scales so I am going to stop riding them till I go to the chemist for my next batch of yummy Lipo on saturday.

I have been taking Coconut oil and Physillium husks in my chocolate morning shakes and have discovered that this makes (if mixed really well - non of this shaker nonsense) a delicious 'and I mean delicious' Bounty flavoured shake with what seems like tasty coconut bits in.
It is amazingly nammy - hasnt effected my Ketosis at all and encourages the old bowel movements.
I am famed for having a terrible memory and this coconut oil is supposed to help with memory issues so we shall see.

I am determined to fit into an MG midget as I demand to have one some day (I am totally in love with classic cars from the 1900s to the 1980s and have a 1968 Daimler already)
I love the little midgets, especially the teeny 1960s jobbies <3 but at 25 stone odd there was no way I would fit into one.

I equally need to find Mrs Lindopski and that wont happen till I lose weight either as they are a Fickle lot up here and you get friend zoned if you have had a few too many chops.
At 37 I'd best be quick If I am ever to get my darling daughter made so she can grow up and skint me at the wedding

I am finding the diet ok at the moment, I like the choccy shakes but not too sure about the strawberry ones, I cant seem to be creative with them to produce something alright though to be fair I havent tried ice with any shakes as of yet and that may be a winner.
I might even get some Vanilla this time too - what do you guys reckon or as Chocolate is nammy shall I just go choco crazy and get a full bag of that ?

I dont know about you lot but this heat is doing my head in, I am roasting all day long :P - not so bad if you can chill out in the garden but not good at work etc.
My not so Trusty Peugeot 106 diesel is giving me yet more gip as well, not content with 230 quids worth of exhaust bits and tyres, the greedy bugger now wants a battery and the rear axle has some play - never buy a car from a farmer DOH!
I am starting to miss my big old Rover 75 now but the clutches go in them like one o'clock and the petrol ones are terrible cars for blowing head gaskets (dont buy a 75 petrol !!!) the diesel autos however are grand.

The MOT is due on the Pug in October and I am between to minds to get it sorted or can the flipping thing.
I saw an Austin Allegro going cheap yesterday and was tempted - can you imagine the LOLS I would get from that

    God loves Burmo !!

    Yay diet xxx

Re: Lindops Fat Fighters Forum Of Fun - including free diary

Awesome read! You're doing so very well.
I actually only have chocolate shakes. Which is odd really because I wasnt much of a choccy fan before lipo, but it makes me feel like I'm being naughty!

Last week the pharmacist didnt have 21 choccy to give me... I had to have 5 vanilla! You should have seen my face lol.

Your diary is brilliant, I love your positivity you'll lose the weight in no time! And get that car I've never heard of!
This time I hope there are no more restarts.

Hopefully this comes out ok as I am writing it on my phone lol
Anyway I went dancing last night and loved it I now know a couple of steps in salsa and bachata to go with the jive/lindy hop I am already starting to learn. I also know I suck at kizomba (aka having sex on the dance floor)
A shame really as its a gorgeous dance for romantic partners it looks really beautiful and once I find mrs lindopski with lipotrims assistance ill be dragging her off to kizomba with me haha.

Oh yes diet stuff well I lost 5lbs this week so very happy and into my next stone - sadly that stone is still 23 but hey it won't be for long on these losses.
It's odd you know but I no longer miss food and see it as more of a nuisance than anything. I thought I'd crave something but so far going into week three I still don't miss anything.
Ill never touch crap again I know that much, my brain hardwiring has changed and all I see unhealthy grub as now is something that is preventing me from finding a decent girl, having kids (daughter especially nawwww) and making my clothes expensive and me look crap in them.

Well another day another shake and lots of water with a modicum of coke zero perhaps.
Dance class again on Monday yay

Hello folks Fatman here again !!

I bet you thought I had packed in well there's no chance. I am now just into week number three and its going really well. I am seeing my scales at home dropping to levels I haven't seen since 2003 almost now and soon ill actually weigh something on them rather than them just spinning around

I am back to just choc shakes again as I prefer them to t'others. I STILL can't see any change myself at all and my clothes feel the same or at least I think they do but I am sure ill see some change soon as the pounds drop off.
I am determined to be normal BMI again only about ten Stone to go - aw man imagine that loose skin

Temptation is coming at me from all sides and I'm just dismissing it totally. My willpower has somehow gone insane and I am like a man of steel deflecting those noms!

No interest in takeaways sweets chocolate crisps booze pop or anything. It ha to be ketosis surely doing this as I have no interest or desire for any grub at all.
The only thing I desire is to be thin ... Oh and maybe an MG midget.

    - I am now quite fond of Soda water and I generally find that its free at most pubs so a night out is cheap haha plus no kebab on the way home.
I didnt expect a rely so logged out but cheers anyway.
Diet going well, still loving it and my scales say thinner again but wait and see what the chemists say on weigh in day.
I am looking forward to being thin again more than any burger

Well another day is upon us and diet is still going well.
I am getting to the stage now where I can see a future after lipo and it is going to be fun but moderated as well.
I always felt cheated whilst eating food as I would eat no breakfast, have a packet of crisps for lunch and then a really late dinner (10pm+) which usually consisted of processed crap or a takeaway.

As I was only eating what I thought was one meal a day I wasnt happy that all I ever did was gain weight but the calories in the burger and chips so late at night must have driven my waist line to epic proportions.

I have never been a guy sat in the chair watching TV and whalloping back a box of doughnuts as I am always out, always doing something, constantly every day but I have always just got fatter and fatter whilst watching my mates stuff back burgers and kebabs and cakes whilst being like a skeleton. I think from time to time I have thought right balls to it then Im having all of that crap too if all I am doing is getting fatter whilst eating sod all, then I would have a feast binge on crap.
... and put on about half a stone overnight.

Lipo has changed that, I will be dumping carbs especially once off the diet and will be sticking reasonably close to the ketogenic diet plan but upping the carbs a little jut to maintain weight.
Obviously I will have the odd treat but I wont be going mad and I will have breakfast, lunch and Dinner unlike my previous incarnation.

I am looking forward to being thin, I want to buy clothes, I want to dance lots and finally be just a nice guy rather than 'that fad lad who is nice' maybe then Ill find a nice girl rather than be friend zoned all the time like the last decade or so, not that its a bad thing having about 30 female friends be nice to actually have one that loves you too though.

Ill also have that flipping MG midget eventually

Weigh in is in two days, fingers crossed I have dropped again - I feel like I have so we shall see

I have a nice bottle of spring water here and I am off to enjoy it - have a good day all.

    Thanks Mum

Well done on your amazing loss so far yourself.

Well last night was a tiring one, it was muggy and horrid and we were dancing all evening followed by a stint plodding around Asda for an hour, I asked my Dance instructor what we were losing just out of interest and he said during the Jive sessions we are losing probably 10 calories a minute and as we are there normally for 3-4 hours with very little time to relax apart from grab a swig from your drink and back to the floor then we must be burning a fair amount - he reckoned probably with breaks about 1500-1800 calories as he said that quick Dancing comes only second to swimming in the exercise stakes. I can well believe that as we were both sweating like hogs when we left, I think I am taking a bath towel next time lol.
We are managing ok in the Jive though some steps are a bugger and we have to get the basic spot on as well, with it being so hot last night and sweaty I think by about 9pm we were both shot at and fouling up more than the previous week which is a bit frustrating but non the less we still had a giggle.
Angie (my dancing partner and bestest friend) nipped into Asda on the way home for tights and promised to be about two minutes but 50 minutes later we were still there lol - typical lady!
That was another work out on my feet which have been giving me a bit of gouty grief just lately but no doubt a few more calories down. I had best lose a pile of weight this week after that workout haha, I am off to a tea dance on Sunday but its the day after weigh in so wont count sadly till the week after when I will have two dance sessions under my belt to head off to weigh in with.
I am sure that on the meagre amount of calories we are consuming, plus being in Ketosis that this exercise will certainly help dig into those fat reserves a bit.
I would also say that even if you are single with no mates, go dancing - they will find a partner for you and you will love it - dancing is the very best type of exercise as it is fun and knackers you out too. It is roughly in my opinion 1,000,000 times better than the gym and also preferable to anything else - plus you get to meet people and dance with some lovely ladies (or gents for the girls) its all win!!

Lipo wise, I have been a good lad and the scales in my bathroom show a loss every day but lets see what mr pharmacy scales say on saturday eh.

I am 23 stone 8lbs at the moment - I was 25 Stone 7lbs mid June and I think I started Lipo at around 24stone 11lbs around the 26th June was it.

In all so far I have Lost 1 Stone 13lbs in around a month which is amazing - I have to say I havent noticed a big change just yet, though my face is not quite as 'pork choppy' as it was and I think my clothes are less tight.

I still cant wait to get some smart clothes once done on this, I am a suit kinda guy and looking good in one will be nice.
fingers crossed I meet a nice girl whilst dancing (Angie already taken before anyone suggests it haha) and lastly get my Daimler back on the road and my MG midget to play with.

If anyone refurbishes old brake calipers cheap let me know lol - so poor atm, even though I have a great job. I am just a dumbass when it comes to finances need a good woman to sort me out lol.

Another Day is upon us and its a reasonably mild one.
I started the day with a chocolate shake and I have enjoyed a small bottle of coke zero (if its good enough for Exante its good enough for me) It never kicks me out of Ketosis anyway and I am sure the bubbles help the loo process
I saw my lovely dance partner Angie last night for a chat and a bit of a mong out watching dance videos on you tube - along with a few dumbass ones as well for the LOLS.
Later on I went with her to the spar to get some electric on her keycard thingy and there were loads of tasties being reduced for the evening, cakes, biccies you name it all dead cheap .... and .... :S ....... lol I didnt even give them a second glance haha, I want another few pounds off this week and goodies can get stuffed.
Dropped Angie off and spent about ten minutes trying to reverse my little 106 so I could spin around and go home but being blocked by loads of cars coming from all angles - I think it was 'lets go out' evening last night for the population of North Wales.
I have to get rid of the Pug by the end of the month as the rear axle has collapsed (really common on Peugeot 106 and Citroen Saxo's) its about 300 to get a new one on it and the car is only worth about 20p so I must get another one but cant afford it at the mo so having to lend cash from my brother. Flipping typical that I only sold my MGB last month and that would have tide me over for a few months as a daily driver as it was bullet proof (great cars MGB's )
anyway its more water today at work to stave off hunger pangs (though I dont get any anyway lol)- I have a few projects to sort out at work and a few meetings to go to, I seem to be getting more important these days and get invites to too many meetings haha, I prefer the ground floor work myself.

I went out a few days ago and had some meat, mixed grill from a local pub and although it was all strictly ketogenic and didnt effect ketosis at all for me, it did however make me feel really sick and poorly. Although the food was actually fine it just tasted like grease and I wasnt very well later so I dont recommend it - your better off just having your shakes and not feeling yukky.
I gave all the chips and tomatoes etc away and checked on the ketogenic plan first what would be ok for ketosis and just ate that - leaving the sausage as well.
Like I say it was fine for Ketosis and didnt effect me at all, and the next day I managed a loo trip quite well and had a good weight loss that week - 5lbs but the ill feeling isn#t worth it guys, I spent the rest of the day lying on the couch feeling sorry for myself when I could have been out in the sunshine or having gaming session on the PS3 - getting killed by Children who are miles batter than me on Call of Duty.
Debbie I love the old Mercedes cars, I was once offered a stacked headlight 1973 Merc when I was about 16 but my dad wouldn't let me have it on our drive so I had to turn it down. I t would be worth thousands now lol, I have also been looking at old 250 Diesel Mercs as a daily driver and I bet your dad would have been good for tips, I am sorry to hear he is no longer with us.
I am off to a classic car show this weekend, only a little one locally but its usually lovely - they have something called a sheepdog magic show this year lol sounds ace. Have you ever seen the father ted episode with the craggy Island fair (funland) - well its a bit like that, me and my friends go every year for the giggle and we love it.

In other news one of my mobile phones is almost up for renewal (oh joy) - I used to have an old Iphone 3GS and I was told that Android was ace and when I renewed it I got an android instead (galaxy S2) and it wasnt ace, in fact it was flipping crap so I took out another contract and got another Iphone 4, well the galaxy is almost up for renewal so I can bin the damn thing off at last and just stick a giff gaff sim in my Iphone and Pac code my number across.
That's a saving of about 45-50 a month and that will come in handy for a weeks worth of Diet grub.

I am hoping for 4-5lbs off this week so will have to see how I do, Saturday is looming now and gets here quickly these days, time flies as you start to get old :P
