Hi All, I'm a newbie! My name is Natalie and I am currently on day 5 of lipotrim. I started at 21.5st, my highest ever weight. Due to it being a bank holiday on Monday I had to have my 1st weigh in early and today saw a 6lb loss. I may go to the pharmacy again on Tuesday just so I can see what I've lost in a full week as its difficult for me to perceive wether I should have lost more, but 6lbs after 4 days is still great, I know!
So the name of my diary comes from the list of things that will keep me motivated, the list of things I want to do when I'm skinny that i cant do right now or wouldn't feel comfortable doing at my current size. It goes something like this:
Water zorbing
Jet skiing
Indoor skydiving
Shopping at river island/top shop etc.
Go karting
Theme parks - I live so close to Drayton Manor!
Go ape (zip lines etc)
Indoor play areas with my nephew and niece
Get an upper sleeve tattoo
There are more but you get the idea.
I'm hoping to use lipotrim to loose about 8 stone but I'm concerned about getting saggy skin so am considering refeeding every 2-3 month to allow my skin to catch up. Any snippets of advice on this technique would be welcome.
