    Bucket list diary

    Hi All, I'm a newbie! My name is Natalie and I am currently on day 5 of lipotrim. I started at 21.5st, my highest ever weight. Due to it being a bank holiday on Monday I had to have my 1st weigh in early and today saw a 6lb loss. I may go to the pharmacy again on Tuesday just so I can see what I've lost in a full week as its difficult for me to perceive wether I should have lost more, but 6lbs after 4 days is still great, I know!

    So the name of my diary comes from the list of things that will keep me motivated, the list of things I want to do when I'm skinny that i cant do right now or wouldn't feel comfortable doing at my current size. It goes something like this:

    Water zorbing
    Jet skiing
    Indoor skydiving
    Shopping at river island/top shop etc.
    Go karting
    Theme parks - I live so close to Drayton Manor!
    Go ape (zip lines etc)
    Indoor play areas with my nephew and niece
    Get an upper sleeve tattoo

    There are more but you get the idea.

    I'm hoping to use lipotrim to loose about 8 stone but I'm concerned about getting saggy skin so am considering refeeding every 2-3 month to allow my skin to catch up. Any snippets of advice on this technique would be welcome.

    The title for your diary is a bit peculiar as "bucket list" actually is referring to what someone wants to do before they die..or kick the bucket..as it were!!..and I'm sure you don't mean that at all..

    Hi Emmaline, I guess it is a bucket list really but if I'm going to achieve those things in my lifetime then I need to lose the weight!
    Definitely not a morbid thing though because I will achieve them!

    Hi all, I'm currently on day 8 now. It's weird how its gets easier gradually. My life doesn't evolve around food anymore, of course I still get cravings and when someone leaves biscuits out it can still be hard but I saw an image of a burger and onion rings which would usually get me salivating but I didn't want it! That's when I noticed my perception of food starting to change yay to small victories!

    good for you. itll get easier as you get more used to it. not sure what you mean about refeeding every few months though unless you just want a break? the only thing which is going to help loose skin is exercise im afraid. have you thought about incorporating some sort of exercise into your life or do you do something already..anything such as a long walk a day is a start and will definately help with tightening you up

    Yeah but after reading up on it a lot of people say that even though exercise helps it, saggy skin after such drastic weight loss is inevitable. So I was thinking about loosing around 3 stone at a time and taking a break in between to let my skin catch up (but making sure I refeed so I don't pile it back on.)

    It's been a long week! Not only because it has been 9 days since my last weigh in ( due tomorrow after early weigh in last week- bank hol) but also because I really miss eating. I look at hotel deals on ******* and find they include breakfast or dinner and then it doesn't seem too good an offer. I also have a wedding coming up next week and would love to enjoy the meal with all my friends. It's only been 2 weeks tomorrow since I started but the road ahead is going to be long if I continue with lipotrim. Hopefully a good loss tomorrow will boost my spirits, I even bought some lovely sunflowers to pick me up. Do most people feel a little sorry for themselves at some point?

    Hiya, my first weigh was Saturday, have been on it for 6 days - lost 6lb had my birthday in between and my daughter just came back from a month in India..so broke diet for one day - I'm worried about saggy skin, which I know I will get I have a lot to loose at least 5 stone, I was the same weight as you and managed to get down to 15.7 st on another liquid diet. then weight started to go back so now trying Lipotrim. I know it depends on your age, it's said from around the age of 35 to 40 we loose the elasticity in our skin. Exercise will help, but once your skin has been stretched like mine has for so long it doesnt go back as we would like it..I'm being realistic with myself and know if I want a decent shape after - I will have to have a tummy tuck and boob job, but I think no body forced food in my mouth I did it to myself... but i'm more than prepared to save up the pennies if I can and it will all be worth while..

    I think you've done amazing to loose 6lb soooo you go for it it with your bucket list..I'm with you all the way to be able to shop in river island..and wear
    a pair of jeans
    Of course it was, who else put the food in my mouth!!

    I've been feeling really good lately, 2 weeks in and although I don't feel any thinner I'm not so hungry anymore and energy levels are back. I can see my skin is healthier and I treated myself to a haircut today!
