HELLO EVERYONE!

Last Monday i joined lipotrim family and i have to tell you i feel amazing!
Had one day of weakness where I ate 3 spoons of Salad but I will make it not happen anymore.
For 3 years now I'm on Metformin ( I have PCOS) and Fluoxetine. I think it's about time to do something about my body.
Used to weight 10.8 stone with my height of 5ft10 and I would like to et back to similar weight.
My Mum and boyfriend really motivate me, even I cook for him every weekend- it's hard. He doesnt want me to but I do feel some kind of joy of cooking for people.
I did insanity workout for a week before and got lazy... Now I think I will start some light exercises to lose more weight, wondering if anyone did some of it as well (?)...

Anyway, wish me luck- even if no one will read it I will try to post every day so I can stay strong just by reading my diary.

Hello, everyone.

Wasn't around for a week and more- had a lot of going on. I think the worst what happened to be is Barbecue where i ate half of a sausage and a few spoons of salad... It will slower the process but today on my scale I weight 101.4kg so I lost more than half of stone- yay!

Also tried flapjacks- love the peanut one- can chew it for at least 20 minutes with nice dark tea. And it's very cold outside lately i drink only tea instead of water.

For everyone who's doing lipotrim and struggle I'm gonna say- YOU CAN DO IT IF I CAN. I'm a food addict and my sweet tooth love the shakes. Have PCOS and this really helping me to get rid of the fat! My double chin is almost invisible and i feel lighter! Soon I will be able to get into all clothes i bought with a hope I will lose weight to fit into 1-2 size smaller (like I used to be).
