Starting tomorrow, actually today as it is 04:40am but as i work nights this is my night and tomorrow will start at 18:00pm(atleast for me).

Weight:15st

Goal weight :10st

Hight 5"3

with the BMI of 37.2

I see how i feel by tomorrow this time.

Yep, it has been a very hard 3 days were everything resempled food and the slight smell of a bread made me salivate.
But, I sdtick to it and at the moment as this is the start of my fourth day I feel slightly better. headache is still there but the hunger pain is getting less frequent than it was.
I also resisted to weighing myself as the scale is in the kitchen next to where i blend my shakes, very tempting, but i would like to be surprised at the pharmacy.

I am on my 14th day I have lost a stone. It really is worth the effort.
 
Wow,14days and lost a stone, that is amazing. this is the motivation that i needed. thanks and well done.
 
Day 5:

Hunger -ok-ish
weakness-none
Tiredness-none

So far so good, the only thing is now my family and friends are trying to sabotage me as they keep talking about LT not being healthy option. Hello, I am a 5"3 and 15st were is the health they talking about. anyway , i am just nodding as i got tired of explaining how this works and the fact that it is monitored by healthcare workers.
ona posative note, i just bought a new pair of jeans that are size 12, just to have something that i can use as a visual target, mind you they are from Primark as i am too broke to go upscale

Indeed Aaminah30, I am looking forward to just picking something from the shelf and waltz in to the changing room with confident in knowing that it will fit me.
 
Day 6:

Not hungry at all,feeling full of live and started the evening with an hour of Turbo Fire, after that energy level wen from 10 to 7. still full of energy eventhough i tired myself with the excersice. the shakes are not too good. I can't make them smooth they seem to have grain in them or something, my hand blender wasn't doing the job so i bought a shake and go blender, a litle better but not smooth yet. Not sure what to do at this point.
 
I usually put them in a processor or blender until smooth! I'm also on day 6 and feeling full of energy so glad I've overcome the headaches and sickly feeling bring on the weight loss :)
 
Hi Nasi, if you are having trouble blending the whole lot, try adding it in gradually and mixing it bit by bit. That is what I have been doing and getting a smooth shake every time.

had my first weighing late yesterday morning, lost 4lb Darn it. Anyway it means that i now am 14st 10lb sounds better than 15st so ok i would be happy if next week i lose another 4 or even 3.
 
Thanks Lindopski, you are not far from it, i am amazing at how fast you have lost all that. well done to you. yeah, i think it is worth it too. I am hoping to be lighter than this by march mind you maybe 2 stone lighter if i am lucky.
 
Day 9:

I feel so good to day, am off work for three nights so my system will be a bit crazy as i have to re-adjust from nights to days and they back to nights.
I am holding to have my first shake until i absolutely must have it. I woke up too early at 6am and knowing me i will not go to bed till 10pm so i figured that if i have my first shake like 11am then it will be easy to have the other two shakes spread out evenly(time wise) other wise i will be running out of steam by 5pm.

I hope i manage these three days well, it seems easier to be on nights while on this diet also as i have work to distract me but no work , for a whole three days, oooh dear I guess I will have to find some more movies. Got some Bollywood Movies as they go for 3hr per movie and i have three new ones that is about 9hrs of continues intertainment.

Day 11:

tired and can't even get out of bed. all I want is to sleep.
 
You're doing great, Nasi! 4lb is still a good loss, you're well on your way to the average 1stone a month, I have no doubt you'll be 2stone lighter by March. Good luck and keep at it!
