I thought I would open up a diary thread for myself just to stay motivated and have some support, as well as support others. I'm on day 6 of my lipotrim journey and am so far 100% both on the shakes and my water intake. I feel great but made the mistake of weighing myself 2 days ago, i had lost a massive 13lbs! Sadly today i went back on and had gone up 4lbs. Not sure what is making them do it though!
I'm staying on the shakes and soups for 4 weeks and then a refeed week before going on a high protein diet and exercise regime, hopefully as a lifestyle! I am such a carb addict and seeing how I am not hungry on this diet has really shown me how i was depending on the quick bursts of energy instead of taking care of my body, hence becoming 14stone!
Although, this isn't the true beginning, 7 months ago I went to ibiza, weighing 15 stone 4lbs, i was so uncomfortable it made me realise i had to change! I came home and joined myfitnesspal and began logging in everything i had eaten, in 6 months i lost 2 stone (put 10lbs on over christmas) and was surprised to say i wasn't near happy with how i looked even after that weightloss! Since then I have decieded a final goal weight of 160lbs, hoping to get there before June, so that would be 4 stone in one year, hoping lipotrim is the kickstart I need to start this new year happy and healthy
