Emma's New Determined Diary 2014
Been here a few times now. 2010 was my most successful attempt (Emma's 'New Me' Diary)http://www.minimins.com/lipotrim-weight-loss-diaries/158305-emmas-new-me-diary.html (my old diary) Have just read it from start to finish. Decided to start a new one to keep the motivation going.
In 2010 I lost a total of 5st in 4 1/2 months on LT, then lost a further 1st eating healthily and exercising. (see above diary)
Been up and down since, only because I have let my sweet tooth take over! I had an awful 2013 with two miscarriages and a car crash/bike off, which made me comfort eat and also left me with a fractured elbow.
I re-started LT on 9th January at 13st 11lb (size 16), compared to my lowest (size 10) back in 2011 I'm really not impressed with myself! lol However I have never returned back to the original weight I was of 15st 11lb. Anyway I'm back and making positive steps to a healthier new me 'for life'!
My figures so far are:-
Start 9/1 13st 11lb
Week 1 16/1 13st 3lb -8
Week 2 23/1 13st 3lb Stayed the same
Week 3 30/1 12st 12lb -5
Week 4 6/2 12st 9lb -3 Total loss of 1st 2lbs (16lb)
Week 5 13/2 ????
Weigh in day is Thursday.
I started the first week on Lipotrim, then due to the price rise I changed to The SML diet, but it works the same way, just 4 shakes instead of three and still TFR (ketosis). Wanted to post here though as I was hoping some of my friends were on here too from the past.
Today 12th February I am now in a pair of baggy size 16 jeans, need to find my old 14's, don't know where they went to!
I started a new job last month as a hotel receptionist and the perks of the of mean that I have full use of their leisure facilities. I have been several times now and have started on the C25K program and also have a swim afterwards. I had forgotten just how good I feel after a workout. Although I am tired from work I no longer feel that sluggish-tired. My head is awake and I feel happy
I'm a mum of three, Sophie 14, Jamie 12 and Christopher 10 and have a lovely supportive boyfriend of almost two years now. He loves me as I am, but I want to make the changes to make me feel happier.
My main goal is to get to a size 10-12 by May. We are going to a wedding and I want him to be proud of me. He will be buying me my outfit for having the will power to stay on track, can't wait!!!

Week 5 weigh in
Well it's Thursday weigh in day today, stood on the scales and got all excited, thought I'd lost more however it was just 2lb. It's 2lb in the right direction though! So I'm now weighing 12 1/2st wooppiee!
Went out last night to visit friends and they commented that they could tell I was loosing weight. It's the little things like that, which really help keep me motivated.
Nipping out this morning to buy some valentines goodies for my lovely boyfriend. No doubt i'll be window shopping for me too!

I bought myself a new pair of jeans in a size 14. Felt fantastic doing them up and they look fab! Really starting to see a difference in my waist and hips now. So far I have lost 5" off my waist and 4 1/2" off my hips. Looking forward to getting into size 12's
I won a challenge today from SML and had my name drawn to receive a Tiffany Necklace, so happy. It'll remind me when I wear it to keep on going through the not so easy days. I'm achieving great things, one day at a time.
