    LindaWms Diary

    Hubby & I have just come back from a month in Malta. Hotel was all inclusive so you can imagine how much more weight I piled on. It was catching sight of myself in the mirror which mortified and some what disgusted me that pushed me into doing something about it.
    I have just been weighed after my first week on Lipo' and have lost 5lbs. In truth was a little disappointed as I was hoping for more (some of us are never satisfied)
    A bad accident several years ago has left me unable to exercise properly, but I have decided to try a short walk each day from now on.
    I cannot wait for the day when I can look at myself in the mirror and not feel so UGH.
    My mantra is going to be "I CAN DO IT"

    I think writing things down on this diary forum will help me commit to achieving weight loss.
    I would be grateful for any advice or support anyone can give me. Is anyone willing to buddy me?

    it can be tough sometimes but I just picture myself fitting into clothes and feeling as though I look good. Its such a good feeling

    If you do eat something, dont worry, its not the end of the world. Just carry on and dont beat yourself up about it.

    Im just shy of losing 3 stone and feel so good. Sure you will be feeling good soon.

    I could do with a month in malta, hope you had a fab time x x

    I think I worry too much about what other people think of me. I must develop a don't give a damn attitude.
    Fat or thin I'm still the same person. 3 stones that marvelous!! Well done xx

    dind't get to go on a walk, but nevertheless had a busy day. We live in a conservation village and right next to a small woods. Today gardeners came to prune & cut overgrown trees. We were given permission to collect a lot of the branches for use in our firepit. Poor hubby has spent the whole day cutting logs. I was general labourer/teamaker.. Very satisfying as we have a full wood shed now that will easily see us through for several months. No outlay and plenty of satisfaction.
    Being busy enabled me to drink all my water without noticing or finding it a chore. Think I will stick to the walk tomorrow though. A good day in all respects.

    glad you had a fab time, mustve been horrible coming back to the weather here.

    Its natural to worry about what people think. its seems to get better the more you shrink Im feeling more confident every week.

    May have committed a boo boo. Didn't have my midday shake as not feeling hungry. I have drank sufficient water so hoping it is ok.

    Saturday & Sunday had all 3 shakes and drank sufficient water. Saw my beautiful grandchildren. Feeling good.
