So, after wasting the last year floundering and putting all my lighterlife weight back on, I am back again, my last chance saloon to lose weight for IVF. Start lipotrim on Wednsday and having second day illness, with headache, grumbly stomach and just feeling crap! Still, been here before with LL and I just need to tell myself I can do this for a baby, despite wanting to eat!

Tuesday 11 June - signed on to the programme!
 
So, one day off my first weigh in and I feel awful! I feel like I've drunk loads yet feel so empty. Can't face anything more to drink right now! Also second day of TOTM and although feels different, I'm thinking the stomach pains are from that. Seriously hungry and actually contemplating opening a can of tuna just for something to eat that's not full of carbs! I can't do that the day before weigh in, but just feel lousy! I know food is not the answer and my emotions are tied with food and TOTM, but I feel seriously hungry and would not crave tuna normally!!!
 
Hi Keely. The TOTM has a huge impact on your emotions! But don't let it get to you!! It's hard but just keep busy. I think after the first weigh in you get a massive sense of achievement with how much weight you loose. Then the down days are worth it! If I was you do something to keep your mind occupied! Get a bath! Go for a walk! Or have an early night? Hope you feel better soon. X
 
Thank you, I just felt awful and so emotional. Went to bed early in the end! Today is another day and I'm hopeful for a lovely big loss for my first weigh in, so that will definitely spur me on! Totally felt at my wits end!
 
Awwww bless you. Just keep thibking of your goal if ivf....completely have faith in you thst you can do it. Keep up the fluids xxx promise it does get easier xxx

so weigh in, lost 10lb! I'm over the moon while feeling really empty lol
nearly stopped off at shops for a treat but I didn't! Hoping I can lose 4 next week now!

Second weigh in 5lb off, I can't believe it. A weekend of friends BBQ and gig at Milton Keynes bowl with lots of temptation! Resisted it all, I can't believe 5lb off. One stone down and already into second stone!

It's a shame not every weigh in is as good as the first! Lost 1 and 1/2lb today. I always seem to have a low week so not stressing, and I've done no exercise this week as caught up in Wimbledon! Hopefully once I start that it will help! Good luck with your WI!
 
Yeah would be great to lose 8-14lbs every week but you probably need to have it to keep that up. Like on that biggest loser show, amazes me. My plan is to lose initial weight on LT then follow SW plan. It does work but at minute i have no self control and need a kick start. Ah we'll see how it goes.

So weigh in night and lost another 4lb. I haven't even started any exercise yet I'm chuffed! 20lb gone, another 8 for second stone. It's a struggle these shakes are minging lol, but it's lovely to see it shifting!!!!

Woooop. Well done Keely. 20lbs is such an achievement. I quite like the chocolate one luckily enough.

Thank you I struggle to mix the chocolate one enough so there aren't silly bits in it, and usually I always go for chocolate in any form! I don't mind the strawberry one but finding the vanilla far too sweet and makes me gag!
so pleased with 20lb. Got two weeks before I visit the folks, would be lovely to hit 2 stone! Although next week is TOTM which is always tough in more ways than one!!!
 
Thats brilliant.. Well done girl. I cant wait to start exercising but will let the shakes do their magic for now :)
 
I'm not quite sure when to start exercising! I don't wanna get baggy parts lol
