Well here I go, never done a food replacement diet before so feel a bit nervous about what's in store in the next coming months.
I'm a real foody and love a beer, so I'm going to have to put a lot of mind over matter & crack on.
So today is day one. A vanilla shake this morning and a strawberry this afternoon. Can't say they rocked my world, but not as bad as I anticipated. Decisions decisions for the 3rd one!! On my 6th pint of water to help surprises hunger.... Which i feel, but will pass.
i think determination is the key to this, currently 17st 4 which is the biggest I've ever been & I'm becoming more & more camera shy, so my aim is to be 12st.... Or size 12, which ever comes first & look good for friends wedding pics come end of October.
