Day3 advice please
So day 3. I was 12.1 1/2 yest but today I'm 12.1.
So half a pound. Doesn't seem like much to me.
Kind of gutted was expected to of lost more? Or will that not happen until I'm in ketosis? Thanks x

Goal Weight: 10st0lb
Goal BMI: 23.3
Im not sure love but Im only on week 2, lost 4 pounds and the scales haven't moved for 3 days. Think we're all differnet really
