    Talking Lindopski - 2014 Diary

    Hello folks

Hope you are all doing great on your plans, I am considering another Lipo bash - I am currently up to 22stone and dont fancy rolling up to 27 again and have to nip it in the bud.
I quite fancy starting Lipo come payday - not sure what we are up to price wise now but that put me off a bit when Male Lipo went up to 60 a week as I couldn't justify the spend at the time though Lipo to be honest is the best way to lose it, I have tried them all - exante, cambridge, slim an save etc.
Lipo keeps me from feeling hungry and when I get on a Lipo roll I drop like crazy as I get right in the zone.
I do need to think about long term options etc as I cant do Lipo forever.
I am gearing myself down now for Lipo - had a naughty (ish) blow out at the weekend and not being well behaved - cuppa soups etc and lots of water (I adore water anyway so thats that one sorted).

I am roughly 46 waist at the moment and would like to get into the high 30s if possible.
I want the belly gone and I want to get back to my dancing and getting a bit fitter.

Lipo always works well for me though I know trying to get back on it again will be a pig for a week or so - once the lbs start to drop though I bet I will get on a right mish.

I like dressing smart, but I also like to make smart look good and at the moment I make smart look peter griffin minus the specs which is 'not' a good look.

I am getting quite excited about hammering the diet once again and will keep popping back in to give you a progress update.
as of yesterday my scales tot me up at 22 stone 4lb so its not a total disater just yet but it will be if I gain any more so its time to attack it now.

I think Ill be on plan till roughly xmas again - though Ill wait and see how it goes. hopefully my gout will not kick off weekly again and Ill keep up with the water intake (had a couple of litres today so far and not even on Lipo).

anyway - nice to be back, hope you are all well and lets see how this goes
I am paid 30th so will be on probably from start of August and nailing it hard from then on.
good luck to everyone ... and me

    x

I have a cupboard of slim n save shakes at home so slinging those back at the moment to get rid, couple of weeks and Ill be on Lipo but it will get me in the TFR mood beforehand.
I dont care how long it takes tbh just want the weight off now.

    Hi Lindopski,

I've just properly started Lipotrim for the second time too. I did it in 2012 so I've known about Lipotrim for over 2 years now and I never realised that men had to pay more. I was a bit taken aback at the ladies price increase from 36 to 45, but I feel like I shouldn't be feeling aggrieved when mens Lipotrim is so much! Did you find out if yours has increased from 60? Hope it hasn't gone up any more for you.
