Hi everybody,
I restarted on Lipotrim on Monday 14th July 2014, so I am now on my 3rd day and still holding 100% so far.
My goodness, it has been hard though! This is my second time around with Lipotrim. I managed to be on it for 24 weeks in 2012 and lost an amazing 7 stones in that time. Unfortunately though in 2012, we also moved house just as my first journey was coming to an end and needless to say with all the turmoil of moving, I didn't refeed properly and there was so much to do to even live in the new property (we are converting an old pub into our home) that old ways returned just because they were easy at the time, and before I knew it, 3 stone had returned by Spring 2013.
I did try to restart again last year, but I think you have to be so mentally prepared for this or it won't work, and my head just wasn't in the right place and I have just got naughtier and naughtier with my food. I am now scarily over a stone and a half above where I started Lipotrim last time and I'm really struggling with mobility at the moment. Don't get me wrong, I can still move about just fine, but it is a big effort, and if we walk anywhere I have to keep stopping to rest.
We have an 8 month old Labradoodle puppy who is the life and soul of the party, she makes us giggle each and every day. We have this strange game of tig that we play with her where she likes to run the length of the garden and I stand in the middle. The game is for me to try and tig her as she runs past and she tries to dodge me. It is so funny and she absolutely loves it and it's good exercise for us both as I leap around after her. Trouble is, a few weeks ago I forgot I was so heavy and tore my calf muscle springing after her. So she is another reason I need to lose this weight, so we can continue playing and of course, so I can walk and exercise her properly.
I have decided enough is enough, I am tired of wearing the same two pairs of trousers which are the only ones that fit me, and I joined up again on Monday. I had a moderate to mild headache yesterday, but that's gone today. I just feel a little weak today, so I expect I am just about to go into ketosis soon.
I'm shocked by how quiet the forums are this time around, but I'm guessing the recent price hike on Lipotrim has killed it a little
Nevertheless, I think I am in the right frame of mind to do this now. I have a holiday at the end of October, so I am Lipotrimming right up to that, and maybe beyond, but I will have to see what I feel like when I get there. I have 100 days to go to the holiday, so I'm challenging myself to see how much I can lose in 100 days.
Looking forward to chatting to you all, and maybe sharing advice and experiences of my previous time too.
