    Day 2 done and dusted

    Hi .. I Started Tuesday 22nd July! ! Want to lose about 4 1/2 stone! Be very happy with 4 stone but would love to have a few lbs to play around with! Plan onDrinking about 3lts water every day plus tea/coffee (I'm a coffee addict) and the shakes! Any tips and advice be great! Did lipo over 7 years ago n had forgotten how manky they taste! All came back to me very quick tho! Need all ur support and success stories to get me thru!

    On day 4 now! Have the urge to jump on my scales every morning.. But am going to go by chemist scales only!! Need some motivation please.. No prob with water and shakes but it's the boredom I can't handle!

    Just take one day at a time. I started a few weeks ago, lasted about a week and a half and have re-started today. A big tip for me is DONT CHEAT!! I cheated with a small piece of cheese and only lost 4 pounds in my first week which was too disheartening for me. If I want 3 to 4 pound weight loss Id start a "normal" diet! But hopefully if I keep on the straight and narrow Ill see a good result this time.
    Try and vary things, add peppermint tea to the choc shake, make mousses instead of shakes and generally experiment, I put some banilla shake in my black coffee today and although not great it tastes almost like a proper coffee with milk!
    I want to lose about 2.5 stone, tried Atkins induction but it wasn't coming off. I think I might have an intolerance to dairy hence the cheese craving the other week. SO I think the cream and cheese on Atkins was stalling my weight loss.

    Thanks million.. Day 5 now and if I'm honest it's the thought of my first weigh in on tue that is keeping me going! Hope I start to get into the illusive "KETOSIS" state soon! Haven't had dreadful headaches, my husband and work colleagues might say I've been hormonal but I don't feel any different! Ok my mouth tastes manky n I have bottles mouth wash all over the house and in work! Long road n I'm taking it day by day! I so enjoyed putting up 4stone so I suppose it's karma that losing it will be a struggle!

    Week 6 - 10st 7.75lbs (-3.75lbs)
    Week 7 - 10st 4.5 lbs ( -3.25lbs)
    Week 8 - 10st 3.5lbs (-1lb) 1 day off plan
    Week 9 - 9st 13.5 lbs (- 4lbs)
    Week 10 - 9st 13.5 lbs (maintain) 4 days off plan
    Week 11 - 9st 11.5 lbs (- 2 lbs) 2 days off plan
    Week 12 - 9st 7lbs (-4.5lbs)
    Week 13 - 10st 2 lbs (+9 lbs) fallen of the wagon for the full week
    Week 14 - 9st 10lb (-6lb) 4 days back on track

    Total lost so far - 3st 1lb

    In 2012 Lipotrim 100% for 16 weekS going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didnít do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Than fell pregnant at 10 st 7lbs so could not continue with lipotrim. Was just under 12 stone at full term pregnancy. After I had my baby goose the weight just piled on. Back on it for round 2 and this time I WILL MAINTAIN
