Journey to goal
As ive finished my 30 day challenge on my other thread i decided to start a diary where i can post my ramblings. I wasnt going to start one as my other thread was super quiet but i think i find it quite therapeutic to ramble on regardless if anyone's reading or commenting!! Hehehehe.
So ive completed 7.5 weeks so far n im
In the swing of it n ive had lots of ups and downs. Im a second timer on LT! Ive decided my last day on LT will be friday 26th September giving me 8 ish weeks to get to goal. I have a special occasion on October so want to refeed before thst n dont really want to come back on LT after thst as last time i did LT i did it right until the special occasion, promised myself if get back on it (id got to goal but not refeed) than just messed around on it, got pregnant n it all went on so really must do refeed this time. Id love to get to goal a bit earlier than 8 weeks n do a two
Week refeed. Well see. But ive got a few events where ill have to eat so i know thst will slow my losses
Anyways here are my stats from last time ... I like looking at them to motivated n keep me on the straight n narrow!!
So far on my second round ive lost just over 2 stone, i have just over 1 stone and a half to go.
START WEIGHT - 12STONE 3.5 LBS
1 - 9lbs (11st 8.5)
2 - 3lbs (11st 5.5)
3 - 3.5lbs (11st 2)
4 - 2.5lbs (10st 13.5)
5 - 3.5lbs (10st 10)
6 - 3lbs (10st 7)
7 - 2.5lbs (10st 4.5)
8 -3lbs (10st 1.5)
9 - 3lbs (9st 12.5)
10 - 3.5lbs (9st 9)
11 - 3lbs (9st 6)
12 - 3lbs (9st 3)
13 - 0.5lbs TOTM (9st2.5)
14 - 3lbs (8st 13.5)
15 - 3.5lbs (8st 10)
16 - 3lbs (8st 7)
Only had one shake so far, tempted to have a Cambridge bar but want to stick to just the LT shakes till family break in the hope ill lose more than if i have bars
Had vanilla shake And cambridge lemon yoghurt bar. Really didnt want to have bar as want to be on LT fully till next thurs but was feeling rubbish so just had one now with a black cuppa.
Blurghh but i do feel a bit better.
I know i had a cheat day but im still hoping for a loss this friday as thats still 6 days 100% id be be gutted, but scales been up n down before my cheat day anyway so dont know wats going on.
Oops just had a Cambridge choc mint bar as well. Just been craving food all day so 4 products, hope it doesn't affect me too badly
Feeling super guilty dont think ive ever had 4 products in one day. Thats what im like with food, i cant control myself. Thats why im starting to doubt cambridge products, there too tempting, lipotrim works cos it removes This. I dnt know. Just feeling down. Been on the Cambridge forums and there are loads of ppl

Whereas on LT dont thibk ive ever heard of someone not losing at least something if they've been 100%
Stand back from the bars goose lol and give the LT a chance much loveage
I think im going to pack my cambridge bars up for the time being n put them in the loft. I know LT works n there is really no reason for me to be using Cambridge products now im not at my mums.

Ok so loss this week is only one pound . feel gutted but im trying to reason with myself.
I did have a cheat day Monday and that was my choice, normally I'd just pretend to eat in situations like monday n avoid carbs but I enjoyed it, bad 3 meals and snavks etc.... what else did I expect??
At least its not a gain ive told myself, its better going down than up, I really need to uptake the fluid intake this week, want to get a good loss this week to take me into the 9's ...I have my family coming round for tge weekend after so the best I can hope for tgat week is a sts.
I do feel like arghhh wish I could continue with my LT whilst they were here but I know tgats nit gonna be a possibility abd idjust feel like a miserable cow, ok yes it will take me longer to get to goal but at least my lifes not on complete standstill.
I actually toyed with the idea of refeeding this week, enjoying my break somewhat healthily, than judding the weak after and than get back on LT...im still in 2 minds as to where my weight would be with both options, ie to refeed or not reffed. I was thinking if I refed n did judd tgan back on lt I might get that good week one loss again.
Arghhh too many decisions, I really need to decide what to do.
