Trimlee's Trip

trimlee

Love God; Love People
Hey there fellow Trimmers. I'm back in the Lipotrim House. Started yesterday and weighed in at 83kg. I aim to lose 3 stone -about 20kg.

That should take me from dress size 16 to 12, and BMI 29.5 to about 22. (Can't wait!)

Day 2. Tummy rumbling, head aching, but resolve strong!
I have had a nap, and have looked at the Lipotrim before and after pics for inspiration. Off to down shake no_ 2.

Later!

Day 3:
Surprisingly felt very good: no hunger, no headaches. I took front and side view pics of myself to record the journey.

Work went well too. There were cakes for the office for a colleague's retirement and it was easier than I thought it would be to let the cakes go!
I put a glass and a 2L bottle of sparkling water on my desk and drank through the day, feeling really impressed with myself :)
I made up my lunchtime shake like a hot choc. drink and it was satisfying.

I did get paranoid about my breath and used a few NuPhar Breath Strips. I had also told my OH to let me know if my breath was bad. And he did at night - with an expression that made me know it was rank!!! I speedily rushed to brush my teeth, used Listerine Mouthwash and then popped in a breath strip!

In the kitchen at home on Days 1 & 2 my dear OH did the cooking but on Day 3 I was able to fix dinner for the children in the evening. It looked great but I knew I couldn't have any; so I didn't!

One last thing; I am not great with drinking lots of water so I came up with a plan to drink each time I go to the bathroom.
My mouth has been quite dry despite drinking so I hope I am getting into ketosis.

How are you getting on?

Day 4. Tired today so off work. Slept a bit. Much more energetic in the evening.

The thought of my 1st weigh in is keeping me going. By the way, decided to stick to the rules 100%. So I really must resist any urge to have a bite of this or that.

Anyone else on week one?

Well done on sticking with it 100%, not easy but so worth it!

Thanks for the encouraging words Mini, just seen this! What diet are you on and how's it going?

Day 9 :)
Had my first WI day before yesterday and lost 6.6lb (3kg). Quite pleased with this!

1st week now done and dusted!
I had ok days and days of struggle. Day 4 seemed to be the hardest, I had no energy and stayed off work and in bed.
1st week I did have a manky mouth & bad breath, using lots of breath strips & mouthwash...! Drinking loads of water.
My OH & children's food has been looking so good but I have stayed away, thinking of my goal!
My children, bless them, offer me things to eat and then when I say "no, thank you, I can't for now", they apologise sweetly! I guess they're so used to Mum snacking on their snacks bad eating their unwanted food and leftovers :(

I have really been encouraged to keep going by reading other's posts. Go Lipotrimmers!

Hard evening, sooo wanted to eat. But didn't. There!

How do you get through those 'moments'?!

Well done on your weight loss and on resisting temptation:clap:

Thanks Mini, got to remind myself that other inspirational Lipotrimmers like you have been doing this for weeks - and getting results!

Day 12. Soooo want my WI day to come quickly to give me a boost to continue!
Anyone else feel this way?!

Reasons to continue:

:) will be a dress size smaller by end of December - just 4 weeks away!

:) will not have to worry about picking and snacking mindlessly this season -what with all the office nibbles!

:) will soon get to a healthy BMI

:) will feel such an accomplishment at getting to my goal

:) will be able to wear my lovely smaller-sized clothes which have been in boxes for aaaages!

:) will be able to tell those I told I would do it that I have done it!

Yes, feeling more determination now. Onwards :D

Yay! Trimlee those are great reasons!!!

Yes Mindy and I bet you can tick off most of these already! Tell me how you stayed the course -please!

I think having a strict daily routine (shakes at regular times and gym at lunchtime) really helps. Also, taking the weightloss on bite size pieces, like 5lbs or 7 and so on. You're doing great btw!!

Thanks Mindy; you're right -bite size stages towards my goal. Yes.....!

Good morning all :)
This weekend: well on Friday I had a had a work event with lunch half way through. I had my plan to mingle a little and then escape to the car to down my shake. And..... I did it!! :D

I must say, I was surprisingly detached from the food -much to my delight! Same thing yesterday when my husband took us to Winter Wonderland. It was a brilliant time out and I did not feel at all inclined to have any of the waffles and treats with him and the children (yes in the past I would have stuffed my face :( )

Well, after the slight disappointment of my only 1kg loss at Friday's weigh-in, I feel much better now.

How's your weekend going?

3 days into the week, it is week 3 for me and my weigh in is on Friday. I am less drawn to food now but the Lipotrim shakes can be bland! Having said that, I am grateful that they are satisfying -no hunger; they do hit the spot.

I have opted out of all work dinners -4 of them! I feel quite good about it really. I like the fact that i can say "no" to food! I will socialise on other occasions.

The main challenge is the blandness -it does feel a bit boring. Hmmm, I remember a fitness coach saying when it gets boring stick with it -it means you're getting good at it!

The idea of stopping crosses my mind sometimes but I have decided and I am determined not to stop till I get to my goal -otherwise I had put myself through all this for nothing.

Later on I'll post the new (if odd!) reasons I came up with to stay on course.
Have a great day reader!
