Richs diary

Hello all! Been thinking of starting a diary to keep up to date with everything that's going on.

Started at a hefty old 19.1 stone, and now on week 3 of lipotrim with a first week loss of 13 pounds, 2nd week down by 9 pounds, 3rd proper weigh in next week.

Guess I need other likewise people to talk to about lipotrim, all I keep getting from people around me is "you'll just gain it all back, you need to eat food etc", will power isn't an issue now as I want to be down to a normal weight for the first time in years!

Hello Rich :) glad you've started a diary. They really help.

well done on your first 3 weeks, that's great going. I am on week 7 now and I started out at 24st 1lb so I was even more hefty. Your losses are awesome so far :) are you exercising at all?

I know what you mean about people who like to have a pop over LT ... I have experienced that first hand, I always find its the ones who have never had a weight problem that make the negative comments though. I've learnt to take the comments on the chin and not let them get me down. I did LT before and it was negative people who emotionally drained me along with my own emotional issues that caused me to fail, this time I elimintaed all that. I told a few close people and the rest can mind their own business haha.

Yeah, I was doing every day for the first week for an hour and 2 days last week but nothing since unfortunately (engine is gone in my car :( ) so little difficult to get there right now.

I've told people around as they notice I don't eat but I don't really care what they say it think now, I'm doing it for me first of all and secondly sit the people's expressions when I have proved then wrong!

Plan is to do this until June then start refeed (hopefully I'm down to my target of 13 stone by June!)

I did no exercise for the first 3 weeks nearly, I wanted my body to get used to the LT but I do regular exercise now. But there is a lot of people who don't do the exercise and still get great losses. For me the exercise for me is all about trying to eliminate the excess skin etc for goal and be fitter, any additional loss from it is of course welcome too.

Really great attitude to have thinking stuff what people think, and you'll defo prove them wrong and I hope you take a mental picture of their faces, it's a great feeling proving people wrong lol.

June is achievable, and you should hit your goal no problem. Men seem to lose faster on this diet too.

How are you finding it overall?

It's alright, hard at times but it's not horrendous. Makes it a bit difficult sometimes when family is down and they have a meal together but my desire to be slim is better than my desire for some crispy beef (although it is nice) better doing it now than over summer!

I live on my own so I have no temptations of watching others eat or feel left out when everyone sits down for dinner but I can imagine it's very hard to do. But you'll be at goal in the summer and can join in, think of that :)

Youll have seen seen me say often, nothing tastes as good as feeling slim feels ... I live by that.

I thought that as well, saying that I only got to drink a third of my shake this morning, woke up later than I thought it was.

Yeah Rich I got that first time round and that's why only my Mum and Hubby know. Now the fact I'm on second time shouldn't put you off as I first did it in 2007 and I maintained pretty much within a stone for 4 years, I went up a little more for a few months then but got straight back down as I had the tools and understood what was triggering me. I fell pregnant and gained and lost some of it after having little one in 2013 but have yo-yo'd and struggled with pain due to R Arthritis so decided I needed to re-train my brain and tastebuds. If I'm honest I don' think coming back 8 years later is too bad though hope it's the last time!

I tell them that they are cup a soups or protein shakes if they notice.. Otherwise I eat away from people and tell them I got something in the shop when I was out!

Unfortunately not, but I'm not that hungry at the moment just had 1.5l of water on break so quite full up. 8 years is good! Accidents happen though we're all human.

Totally- so to all the LT haters out there they can eat their words while we all maintain!!

Lack of response from be over the weekend sorry! Been very busy this weekend, shakes all done now, finished this week's supply and off for my weigh in later today, doesn't feel like I've made a great loss but hopefully I'll be proven wrong! Thanks.

Good luck and let us know how you get on!

good luck with WI.
