So yeah, this is me...

Had a rubbish year, decided I needed something to change. I'd read all about this last year, and went and started the gym instead and started on herbalife. Lost 2 stone, then hurt my back. put back on at least a stone.

So, I'm trying this instead.

I'm on my first day. Which went okay, considering I work on a fast food van, selling pies and pastries.

Weighed this morning, although I've asked not to be told my actual weight, I just want to see the results.

I guess, you'll be seeing a lot of me. I've around 4st to lose.

Thanks, second day, and trying the hot choc for dinner :) It's not been too bad. But being surrounded by food at work is hard though. I never realised how many times I put sneaky things in my mouth, like a hash brown or sausage. This is making it much easier. I can't have any of it.

Hubby's not too impressed like, but we'll see how it goes. I had to do something and something for me, without the worry of not eating the right things and going over, as I love my wine.

Weigh in will be thurs for me. So excited to see how I do. I'll have to take pics for sure.

That's how I feel about it. When I have to make decisions I end up having the wrong things or too much. With this diet it's just three shakes and done! :)
 
Day 2, - all done.

I had a bit of a headache this morning, but I did end up with the side of my van coming down full pelt on it last night, so wasn't sure if it was due to that, or due to the LT. I feel much better now though.

Surprised I'm not hungry. But, I'm okay with that. Being at home all weekend on my own might be much harder on me though. bank holiday weekend. :)
 
Aww, hope your head is ok! Well done for getting through the first two days, it'll get easier when you're properly into ketosis. It's good that you've not been hungry. :)

Yes, I find weekends harder, or more boring maybe. Would love to be having a meal with my family. :/ Oh well, four and a half weeks down, only another four and a half weeks to go until re-feeding! :D

Day 3 -

Starting out and still got a little bit of a headache this morning, had to take a couple of paracetamol last night as it was so bad when I woke at 3am. Kinda wondering how this might affect other parts of my body system. lol But guess I'll find out. :)

Interesting process though and I'm already feeling the benefits.
 
Well done on getting to day 3 you have lots of willpower and determination to do LT working round food all day. I too noticed how many times I reach for a snack or a little nibble it's definitely a learning journey.

Weekends get me too, I have to keep busy and stop any naughty thoughts in their tracks haha

Thanks, nearly had a major emergency as the pharmacy shorted me 7 meals, it would have meant I couldn't have anything Monday night or tue morning. But I managed to get to another one to buy a few extra. I have the chicken soup now for tonight :)

Can't seem to shake off this headache though. What's that from? all the rubbish in my system coming out?
 
Headaches are a very common side effect in the few days before going into ketosis. Personally I didn't get them, but a lot of people do and it's normal. You should start to feel much better in the next day or so, just keep up with your water! :)
 
I feel like I'm constantly drinking and peeing, lol, but all good. yeah the headache comes and goes. Hopefully gone for good soon! along with some weight.
 
Hi There,

I am new here too, I have been on lipotrim about 3 weeks lost over a stone. I can start by having a good week but then I just want to eat i.e. I give in then I try moving forwards but still manage to loose something. I have a close relatives wedding on the 27th June and I want to look good. Finding my journey okish but it can be hard at times. Any support will help.
 
Aww, sounds like it's been tough. I'm feeling okish lol but yeah it's still difficult. Day 4 and I'm up with the lark, as usual. This makes for long, long days, I was feeling hungry by 11pm last night, eeek.

Here for you as well. : ) I too wish to be nice by June 27th as we're away then, and I also want to be able to eat a little.
 
kanundra - Yes, needing to use the bathroom a lot more because of drinking much more water than I'm used to can be annoying (seem to need it almost constantly), but I'm happy I'm taking in all this water as I've always struggled to drink enough in the past.

Asiana - You've done really well so far. :) Keep it up!
