I've been doing lighter life now for 4 weeks and I am finding it very easy so far other than dreaming of eating food. I have lost 20.5lbs so far which I'm really chuffed with and have dates in mind such as weddings etc that I will feel excited to have lost weight for. The first date is 22nd July, my fiancés brothers wedding. I'm hoping to have lost at least 2 stone by then and feel a lot more confident in the photos. The next one is my work colleagues wedding on 16th August. Then my birthday 23rd September. Then I'm hoping to get to target by the end of November. I am getting married on 18th July 2015. This isn't a quick fix for me I am so determined for this to be a long term weight loss.

I feel happy with the diet, however, I'm worried about the support about good choices and portions whilst I'm doing it to set me up for maintaining it. Does anyone have any experience with lighter life and maintenance?
