    Hello =) 8st to lose and definitely mean it this time!

    Hello

    I thought i come over here and introduce myself. I'm doing CD and am on day 5 now and my CDC is the lovely Ann (westhills)

    I have 8 st to lose and really want to lose it this time unlike the many other times i've promised myself i will...

    Hope to get to know other WeMITTS

    Start CD 20/04/07
    Lost 20lbs before CD so...
    S.W 261lbs BMI - 42.1

    1. Lose 3st by end of July
    2. Get into a size 18
    3. Lose 5st by the end of Sept
    4. Get into a size 14
    5. Be at final goal weight by end of Feb 08
    6. Have a BMI of 30 by end of October
    7. Have a healthy BMI 11st by end of January 08
    8. Get into a size 10/12

    Bekie Welcome honey - I think we know each other from FF!! Good luck with CD - you seem to be doing great so far. I started LL with over 7 stone to lose and 19lbs gone in 3 weeks (another weigh in tonight). It's all in a good cause!!

    Hi Bekie you have a great cdc there Ann herself has done so well.
    Look at the diet 1 stone at a time as if you have a fair bit of weight to lose like me it can be very daunting.

    I didn't know you were on here So pleased to see you, a partner in crime so to speak

    Sonya, i really think its the only way to do it. I got so downhearted this afternoon with it all. This week seems to have taken forever and i cant wait til Friday i need some motivation i am just so bloody hungry and frustrated.. I'm desperate to eat something but i will not give in

    Bekie - don't cry. As you said partners in crime - we have a goal in common and although we might be on different programmes they both follow a similar principle. It takes time to get used to it and we all have ups and downs. I'm always here honey, feel a bit more comfortable posting here IYKWIM!! Just wait till you see your results on Day 7 - bet you'll be over the moon...

    I have got 7 stone to lose it sounds alot of hard work but its best to just take little mini targets im following weight watchers wonder how long it will take to lose all of my weight

    Week 1-12: lost 3 stone (42lbs)
    Week 13: Lost ???

    Goals:
    Short Term
    1 - get through each day and not stress about tomorrow - so far so good
    2 - loose 1" from waist, hips and bust - 1st week! 1" from waist, 2" each hips and bust
    3 - loose 1 stone - 2nd Week!
    4 - loose 3" each from waist, hips and bust - 3rd week! with 5" lost from hips!!!
    5 - loose 2 stone by September - done by August
    6 - loose 4" each from waist, hips and bust - done by August
    7 - loose 10" each from waist, hips and bust - done by September
    8 - loose 3 stone by October - done by September
    9 - in size 16 by December
    10 - loose 4 stone by Christmas

    Long Term
    1 - be a healthy weight (as dx by Drs)
    2 - be physically fit enough to do a moon walk
    3 - maintain for life!
