Not too much damage done then louisa and the point is that you KNOW where things went wrong.
How much worse it is when you stick to a diet 100% and STILL stay the same .... that happened to me countless times on conventional diets!
A new week ahead - slate wiped clean and a renewed determination will see a fab result on the scales next week!![]()
