Ive found cutting out the majority of food good for me - I have an evening meal with no carbs. Shakes for breakfast and lunch. I think that when you have such a long way to target its good to feel like your getting somewhere. LC diet not quite a VLCD. In the past ive gone to classes from ww and it took so long to loose the weight that i got bored and gave up. I know that it works for some people, but i never got anywhere! So far its working well, but have started to excersise as well as i want to try and tone as i go, so i dont have too many saggy bits
