Thread: 5 down 8 to go!

Hi all.
Over the past 2 years I have messed about at losing weight and have lost 5 stone. I still have 8 to go and am determined this is my year to shine.
So here looking for support, help and encouragement and I hope to be the same to all of you.
Here we go for the last time.

Losing 5 stone is such a huge achievement, you should be really proud of yourself! Good luck with the next 8 stone hun, you've lost so much already so you can do this x
