    New to Atkins would love some advice

    Hiya, so many people have mentioned how good the Atkins diet is. So my partner and i thought we would have try it out for ourselves before our wedding in July.
    The thing is we have brought the book. But the induction week is a little confusing could some one tell us what we can and what we cant have. We would really like this to work for us..

    Any advice would be great thanks.
