    Hi im also new here im just going into my fourth week on WW i need lose 10 stone but so far have lost 12 pounds hopefully more its my weigh in tonight. Im desperately hoping 2013 will be the year i get to a healthy weight which is why i started before xmas so it wouldn't be a new years resolution because every year i never keep my resolution. i also quit smoking 2 months ago i desperately want to be an active fun mom but my weight is holding me back and its my 3 year old who suffers. We are going on holiday in May so a swimming costume is in my future so that will be keeping me motivated Good luck to everyone else xx

    Yes I know how it feels not to be giving 100% to kids as I get worn out quick. You should be so proud of yourself for giving up smoking, I am nearly 2 years without smoking and I can say it gets easier. I forget I actually ever smoked and I can walk up hills without wheezing. Well done.
