Starting ww gor the first time. Ia it easy to learn?
Iv always been on slimming world and lost 4 stone but put 2 of that back on. I have a lot to lose an have decided I need a change so am joining ww in the new year. Is the pro points thing easy to do? I'm busy all of the time so just hope I click into it quickly. I'm really excited

I do SW currently but have done WW 3 times, pro points is quite simple, i advise buying a PP calculator or downloading an app to help you keep on top of all the numbers! its quite similar to SW as you get unltd fruit and veg, and then have a certain amount of PP's a day to use up, then bonus point allowance to use on top in case of emergencies or indulgences, if you dont use your extras so many a day you cant roll them over, its use or lose.
