    Thanks hun all i know is something has to change. I feel strangely determined this time last time i felt this way was when i wanted to stop biting my nails and i was able to do that so everytime i feel like i wont be able to do it i just look at my nails. Seems silly but def works for me.

    Had the wi and not 20st like i thought was 21st 7.5lbs nut as you said leannemay i'm doing something about it so hopefully that'll be down by my first wi next week.
