Im not new to minimins however just noticed this A lot to lose section so thought id pop by!
I started ww in 2010 at 19 stone 6lbs, and lost 3 stone (also did cambridge for 2 weeks), had maintained up until late last year when 13lbs crept back on, so i restarted a cpl of weeks ago at 17stone 5. For my bmi, i should really get down to about 10stone, hoewever my target is 12 stone.
I turn 30 in March and have decided i really have to do it this year, and stop saying the same thing at the start of every single yeaR! I got married 2 and a half years ago, and we hope to have kids soon so id really like to lose weight and get healthy for pregnancy, and fit so that i dont struggle when it finally happens.
Anyway, i look forward to reading through all your posts etc!x
