    Cool Day 65 - 55lb/3st 13lb gone!

    Just thought I would post a little update in here! So I have been on Cambridge now for 65 days. Weighed in today and I have now lost 3st 13lb! Still about 8stone left that I want to shift, but I guess that this means I am about a third of the way there now! Hoping to be at least 9st down before my holiday in August, with the rest off by the end of the year!

    I am now exercising too - joined a martial arts club and I love it so much I am training 3-4hours each week! So making sure I get fit and healthy as well as slimmer!

    9lb off -= 6stone off!! (18st 9lb) DONE 24/04/2013
    10lb off = LOWEST WEIGHT IN 15 YEARS!!! (18st 8lb)
    DONE 24/04/2013
    1lb off = 6st 7lb off (18st 2lb) DONE 21/05/2013
    1lb off = Below 18st! (17st 13lb)
    5lb off = 7stone off!! (17st 9lb)
    7lb off = 100lb off!!! (17st 7lb)

    On a Cambridge sabbatical while I have surgery 23/05/2013. Be back soon to finish the journey!
