Thought I would start a diary to try and follow my weigh loss journey. Sooo... My name is Stokegal, I'm 29 years old, have a 4 year old son and live with my partner of nearly 6 years.
I've been overweight pretty much since I was 19 (I was very slim before then) and my weight has crept on year by year. I did manage to lose 3 and half stone a few years ago on CD but predictably I put it all back on pliť a few more stone!
Back to current day... I started this January weighing at 21st - managed to get down to 18 12 then took my eye off the ball and crept back up to 19 7, the lowest point was asking for a seatbelt extension on the airplane on a family holiday. I came back and vowed never again, so 2 weeks ago I weighed in at 19 6 determined and to date I'm now 18 13
I'm not following a regimented diet, I'm try to do clean eating / low carb stealing recipes from SW / plateo / HE and exercising as much as I can.
My first goal is to lose 13lb 1/2lb by 22nd November as this starts the Christmas party season and I would love to be in the 17's by then!
