    Started the process still a long way to go.

    Hello - I have been on this site doing the VLCD stuff, Lighter Life & Cambridge but think they are a quick fix and I am doing this for my life.

    I started eating well and training on 5th June weighing 29st 10lbs

    Today I weigh 25st 7lbs and I still have around 7-8 stone I wish to lose. Come on here to share with others receive and give support.

    Emotion is my problem but at the moment my head is in the right place.

    Thanks guys, very nearly hit a milestone of 5st. Its very hard but started to give myself small goals and treats. I now will diet and train hard until 9th November where that weekend I am out so diet will be out of the window but thats my treat. I will then start hard again up until christmas and hopefully I can drop a couple of stone before the end of the year. Noticed a huge improvement in fitness also.

    Well I had my carbing up day and now back to what I was eating before. Will give you a progress on weight lost next Thursday. Can be difficult due to the repetition of the foods but its working for me.

    Hello everyone - had a bit of time off the site - had a bad back slacked off the gym and fell back into old habits. I since got back on the wagon and I have put on around a stone in weight mainly boozing. So today is first day of 2014 to hit my goal.

    Thanks - I think the biggest part of it is admitting that I went wrong. The positive is I did not fall back to the same weight so I am still alot lower than when I started.
