    8st Plus to Lose!!

    Hi all,

    Thought I would introduce myself, my name is Lyndsey and mummy to one special little girl. Unfortunately after having my daughter 6 years ago, the weight has just piled on and on.

    Decided when I could no longer fit into my size 22 jeans that I had to do something about it now and started last week, just eating healthy really and so far lost around 8 pounds, which I am pleased with.

    Hiya, I've just started slimming world at home today. I also have a little girl and piled the weight on after she was born only two years ago! I weighed in this morning at 20st 1lb, I really need to do this!!

    Felt as though I've been doing really well and created a MFP thingy but I seem to be way way under calories per day but the sugar is over, under some though.

    Should I be worried and need to change anything guys??

    Whatever you do, don't ever go below 1,200 calories a day. I'd recommend around 1,600 at least to start with, maybe a bit more, it's important to start off on more so that you have room for reduction as you lose weight, and 1,200 is the minimum you should have. xx
