    Hi I'm new. 6 stone to lose!

    Hi everyone

    had a major kick up the bum when I saw the scales after Christmas at my heaviest! Ever. Started eating healthy, want it to be a lifestyle change, slow and steady is my plan. I hope. Lost 6lbs in my first week so fingers crossed for my second. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

    Good so far weigh myself tomorrow morning if I have not lost anything the motivation will disappear and I will be raiding the cupboards.

    Raiding it for fruit! We can do this! Imagine the difference by Christmas. That's my target. I keep looking online for summer clothes too. Imagine wearing anything!! That's my motivation, sick of being the fat one

    Getting fine 7lbs gone in the first week, hope week 2 goes ok. When you finish this journey you and your partner will look like 2 different people. Keep up the good work

    Hi everyone! I'm new here. I have 5st 3lb to lose, and started Cambridge diet 7th Jan. My weight loss so far is -
    Week 1 - 7lb
    Week 2 - 4lb
    I want to be at my target weight by August so I can wear a size 12 bikini
    THIS IS THE LAST TIME I'LL DIET!
    I'm going to get there, and stay there
    Well, I feel that way now... Sometimes I just feel I want lasagna!
