    I'm back

    I lost 4 stone last year with you lot and have put just about all of it back on. I'm spending today eating my last supper and ridding the house of junk and replacing with healthy food. I want to get this weight off again. The changes of putting it back on are horrible. Time to stop making excuses. Wi tomorrow and back on it. X ( think I may need help )
