Smile My freedom from emotional eating journey..the Paul McKenna way

So here i am.. All 18st2lbs of me, its taken over 40 years to get this heavy and its taken over 40 years to finally admit i'm an emotional eater.
I'm the typical serial dieter ww to sw ,rc to hairy bikers ,paleo to atkins, cabbage soup to british heart foundation diet ,ive tried most, lost weight, lifes got in the way, i turn to food and eat and eat and eat....and even when i'm not hungry i still eat and eat and eat...
But today i'm grabbing my life by the horns and i'm changing.. Im reading Pauls book, ive watched the dvd and the cd is downloaded on my phone ready to be listened to.

I hate the way food rules my life, i sat and ate breakfast this morning but i stopped half way through , i'd not actually really tasted what I'd put in my mouth, it was just a few chews and swallow, ive been doing this unawear for years...

So here i am rearing to go.... No end weight target in mind , just want to have a healthy relationship with food and any weightloss will be a bonus

    So bring it on

Thank you, I've been following the gastric band post for a while and the fantastic results so I thought I'd start my own journey.

So I watched and listened to the cd and dvd yesterday afternoon, did the havening exercise and even though I felt silly it is working it's magic.. made a Sunday roast for tea, piled my plate high I followed the rules and only managed to eat a third of it .I felt satisfied and I didn't want anymore, even more gobsmacking I can normally munch through 6 slices of toast smootherd in lurpak before I go to bed... not one slice passed my lips because I still felt I'd had enough at tea time.

    Loving this big time

    Thanks princesssparklepants
Breakfast done bacon and runny nuked egg buttie... After many years I was told the other day how to poach a perfect egg in the microwave... now I'm addicted lol, so ate a 3rd of that and feel perfectly comfortable so off to start the big spring clean as it's chucking it down outside.. typical school holiday weather!
So plans this week de funk the house and maybe a trip over to the deep over at Hull
