Hello all! I'm fed up of playing at it. This time it's going to work! All the bad things(ha!) are out the house (aside from my beloved coffee pods!) and well... here we go!
Day one. Doing slimfast and xenical that I had left over from when the doctor prescribed them for me. I didn't take them because I had little to no motivation and my head was all over the place with all the stress that I had that it was a struggle just getting through the day. I stopped asking for them to be repeated after a bit, but I kept them because I knew they'd come in handy and I can do it myself now. Hopefully when the results start coming in, the doctor will be kind enough to prescribe them again when I explain myself.
First day with the slimfast... well. It's very sweet isn't it Lowered the lunchtime one to one and a half scoops with the skimmed milk so that was slightly better. It tastes better all round than I thought it would so bonus really - and hopefully I'll get 14 meals out of it instead of 12 so a full week a tin is fab and money saving!
I've decided to do slimfast because I'm struggling actually eating meals during the day (Breakfast and lunch). I just don't get hungry enough so I'd end up with no breakfast, one slice of toast at lunch and then an evening meal. I'd end up eating crap after too - like bag of goodies etc. All bad bad bad even before you clear the full bag in one go! Just don't need them!
It's going to be a hard withdrawl period (I seem to remember the first time I did it in 09/10 when I lost 5 stone that crisps withdrawl is EVIL! )but I can do it!
